“We contacted Henry to renovate our kitchen and he worked with us throughout the entire process. What stood out about him for us was his constant follow ups even when we weren’t ready. When the project started, he came around every day to check on the progress and how the team was doing. The workers did amazing job and were willing to listen to every suggestion we had. They also made sure to clean up before they left each day. Overall, we’re pleased with the results and would recommend Mimosa Kitchen and Bath for everyone.”

“Eric at their customer service desk is phenomenal. I found a mower on the website that indicated it had a clearance price, but it only applied in-store. It was a great price for a really highly rated mower that I had been searching for quite a bit. The website said the store had limited stock. I ran down to the store. Eric looked up the SKU and it appeared the mower was all sold out. Having thought I missed out on it, I turned to leave the store. Eric stopped me and offered to walk me outside to show me what mowers they had available. Lo and behold, when we got outside, there it was - the mower I was looking for. I'm not sure why it didn't show up when he searched for it in their system. However, had Eric not taken that extra step, I certainly would have missed out. It may seem like a small thing, him taking that extra step, but I was so incredibly appreciative that he did. It's hard to find that kind of customer service these days, but Home Depot has it with Eric. Give that man a raise or a bonus! Dedication like his is how you keep customers like me coming back time and again.”

“I understand they have been having problems with their online pickup wait times. But when I went there Savannah did everything she could to assist me with my order and I was very pleased.

Visited on 5-10-26 and Dave in Electric was very helpful and kind in assisting with my purchase of the bare copper ground wire I needed. Along the way four other associates offered assistance Isaiah, Syed, Bob, and PJ.

Visited on June 1 and found Mike in plumbing and Day in customer service very helpful and was greeted by Terry and Olivia.”
