I was having a dreadful time changing the strap on a smartwatch that I did not buy from Smyth, but they cheerfully changed it for me AND DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME. That is real professionalism. And it is smart business, too, because I know where I will go the next time I need a watch or some nice jewelry!”

“I had a great experience with Just Essence. The owner was super knowledgeable, very kind, and also very patient as I only sort of knew what I wanted. Once it was known what type of fragrances I wear normally, I was introduced to so many others that I love.
The inventory was very extensive, and most everything I requested was presented. The smell of the oil blended so well with my skin, and many hours later, the scent is still there as it was when I first applied. And though the scent is long-lasting, it is not overbearing.
I honestly had intentions of purchasing just a couple fragrances, but because of the amazing customer service and the quality of the oils, I walked out with 13 new fragrances. I still have more fragrances to add to my collection and they will be coming from Just Essence. Thank you Just Essence for being a true example of what customer service really is.

“My mom and I visited the store on a lovely Friday afternoon after we got in from Boston for a visit. We hadn’t been to Ellicott City in many years and it did not disappoint. We stopped into Southwest Connection and bought a couple of things and chatted with Lori and Steve for a while. Not only is their store filled with amazing goods but they also make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful. We ended up buying a a few items and then on our way back down the street popped back in and bought a beautiful ring. We were so enamored with all the jewelry that we forgot one of our packages in the counter and Lori and Steve were kind enough to mail it back to us in Boston! This store has both authentic goods AND authentic humans. You must stop in if you’re in EC!”
