A little less than a year ago, my rental car was broken into; the window was smashed and my backpack was stolen. The police told me that they had been following the suspect all night and that they would call me with any updates.
The next morning, Jason, from Happy Tails, found me on social media and messaged me saying that he had found my backpack and all of my missing items in the parking lot in front of the store. I was thrilled!
I stopped by Happy Tails Pet Grooming the following morning to pick everything up. Jason and another gentleman were welcoming and apologetic upon hearing what happened. They returned everything that went missing and asked for nothing in return for their trouble and their kindness.
This event, although stressful and upsetting in the beginning, ended with an act of kindness that I will never forget. Thank you, Jason!

We called last minute for an emergency and were told to come in to see the doctor. Doctor Parker was transparent with the pros and cons of the surgery. Needless to say he performed emergency surgery on my dog for intestinal mass removal. The surgery was a success and we are grateful to have come across this facility. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming and they are affordable versus other vets who can barely explain what is going on with your pet.

Always very happy with the above and beyond service from the vets, the techs, and the front of the house staff who are friendly and helpful every visit. I almost hate referring people to Countryside because they are frequently busy and it can be a challenge to get appointments - although on several occasions now when one of my dogs has an immediate problem they have accommodated us for same-day visits. We trust them with the lives of our cherished ladies - I'm not sure there can be a higher compliment than that.

Ellicott CityWe have used WFAH for 25+ years. When you find an excellent place, you stick with it. We have had several emergencies with our dog and cat in recent years. Dr. Ward is an amazing, caring and compassionate doctor. She goes above and beyond to make sure we know exactly what is going on now and what may happen in the future. She will call after hours to check on our "boys" and us after an emergency. The entire staff takes care of each patient as though they are their own. There is no place else I will ever trust with one of my fur babies!!

The staff know him well and welcome him enthusiastically whenever we drop him off. We love that they are crate-free and give the dogs the capability of being inside or outside at their pleasure. He always comes home nice and tired! We’ve also boarded him here a few times during vacations and had just as positive of an experience.

Malt is hard to find, but Bruster's Real Ice Cream saves the day for having vanilla MALT milkshake hits the spot, then again hopefully next time they can mix the milkshake a little bit better, add whip cream with a cherry and also keep in mind you might be waiting a bit. Plus, the location brings the crowd!

I would gladly pay a little extra for better quality.
