A little less than a year ago, my rental car was broken into; the window was smashed and my backpack was stolen. The police told me that they had been following the suspect all night and that they would call me with any updates.
The next morning, Jason, from Happy Tails, found me on social media and messaged me saying that he had found my backpack and all of my missing items in the parking lot in front of the store. I was thrilled!
I stopped by Happy Tails Pet Grooming the following morning to pick everything up. Jason and another gentleman were welcoming and apologetic upon hearing what happened. They returned everything that went missing and asked for nothing in return for their trouble and their kindness.
This event, although stressful and upsetting in the beginning, ended with an act of kindness that I will never forget. Thank you, Jason!

The groomer here took a few minutes just letting him settle before starting anything, which already felt different from other places I’ve tried. They worked slowly and avoided overwhelming him with loud equipment all at once. His coat looked neat and natural afterward without being cut too short. He also didn’t spend the rest of the day hiding, which honestly felt like the biggest success.

We called last minute for an emergency and were told to come in to see the doctor. Doctor Parker was transparent with the pros and cons of the surgery. Needless to say he performed emergency surgery on my dog for intestinal mass removal. The surgery was a success and we are grateful to have come across this facility. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming and they are affordable versus other vets who can barely explain what is going on with your pet.

Always very happy with the above and beyond service from the vets, the techs, and the front of the house staff who are friendly and helpful every visit. I almost hate referring people to Countryside because they are frequently busy and it can be a challenge to get appointments - although on several occasions now when one of my dogs has an immediate problem they have accommodated us for same-day visits. We trust them with the lives of our cherished ladies - I'm not sure there can be a higher compliment than that.

Ellicott CityWe have used WFAH for 25+ years. When you find an excellent place, you stick with it. We have had several emergencies with our dog and cat in recent years. Dr. Ward is an amazing, caring and compassionate doctor. She goes above and beyond to make sure we know exactly what is going on now and what may happen in the future. She will call after hours to check on our "boys" and us after an emergency. The entire staff takes care of each patient as though they are their own. There is no place else I will ever trust with one of my fur babies!!

It’s almost like a restaurant and they go above and beyond to make sure you understand the menu and this food is cooked fresh for you I got three tacos, Barbacoa and double Carne Asada it came up to $12. Everything was cooked perfectly fresh to order came with a side of lime radish, cucumber, and cilantro, along with a avocado sauce and a spicy red sauce, but not too spicy. My food came out quick. Everything was cooked perfectly and I would definitely recommend that you go to this place if you’re in the area and if you want great tacos and it’s out of your way, you should definitely take the drive.
