“I’ve always had a wonderful experience picking up my cat’s meds here. They are extremely caring, patient, and really do care about the work they do. I go out of my way to drive and get my cat’s meds from here but they also offer delivery for an extra charge which I can see being super convenient for those who live farther. “We have always shopped at the Giant in Catonsville for the last 25 years, not anymore since we experienced the pleasure of shopping at Giant at Ellicott City. The people who work in the store in EC are so friendly, helpful and don't act like you are bothering them when you ask for help. The people in EC are more than willing to go the extra mile. I don't mind driving an extra 10 minutes out of my way if I don't have to deal with mean customer service people, I mean what's the point! Thank you EC Giant for making our experience the best. “I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years. The people behind the counter are so helpful. They have come out onto the floor to assist me in finding products that do not require prescriptions.
They have an automated system to renew your meds if you choose. They will complete your order while you shop.
They will send you text when your meds are ready.
if a medication is up for renewal they will contact your doctor if you give them permission.
They can give you covid, flu, and shingle shots right there so no office visit no office visit bill.”

“My family & I have been using this specific Safeway pharmacy for over 20 years. They can get very busy but that happens to every business. We have always been treated kindly and respectfully. We’ve waited patiently in line when they are busy and been able to get a quick turnaround when we’ve had a more urgent need. I’ve called with questions and gotten answers. I’m seeing a few negative reviews lately and feel like I needed to share my experiences. Customers can be very impatient but this pharmacy staff is hard working and should be given the benefit of the doubt.”

“This Walgreens location is usually quiet and well staffed. The pharmacy staff has been professional and quick. I never wait too long in the drive thru. A much nicer place then the CVS across the street.”
“I have been going this pharmacy for years. I always get fast service and someone was always available to help. I moved my prescriptions from CVS where nobody picked up the call and took over week to fill my prescriptions.

Great produce and if I need anything I can ask the manager of the section and they help. Helpful staff offer to help each time. Glad I can walk there if needed in inclement weather. My fave giant.”

“The only 24 hour CVS in the area. Good customer service. CVS has ridiculous prices but the best reward program ever. Make sure to add the rewards and coupons in the app before paying. Better yet, order online where each item you add to the cart says if there is a coupon attached and pick up at the front of the store. I pay for the delivery service and that has worked out well too except that you have to do the pharmacy separate from shopping.”

“As a pharmacist myself I understand how the chains perpetually are understaffed but I would like to see some flex to open the second drive through window when the primary line is out to the parking lot.”
“I don't really do my shopping here, I pretty much only use the pharmacy. The people working back there are great. I've had issues a few times with my insurance and the staff there were very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do. It made me sad to hear from one of the employees that they get a lot of harassment from people coming to get their medication. I know it can be tough, and insurances can be outright cruel, but the staff here are genuinely great. Sending them lots of love from a long time customer.”
