“What a great place for real, true sneaker heads! Anytime I’m in town (usually once or twice a quarter, as I’m in New York) I always prioritize to hop off 95/295 and stop in to Sold Out. Last two visits, I’ve purchased over $700 in kicks.
Great staff, welcoming atmosphere and no hassle shopping experience. If you really have an “eagle eye”, you will find a “steal” or “jewel” in your size.

“I was in the store yesterday around 430, not sounds cliché don’t have ever written review before The customer service yesterday was above and beyond that only the woman who is helping myself, but the other lady that was in there at that time was so extremely helpful and I was dropping and what she was telling these two women who are far from a typical runner who I could tell, we’re getting shoes for the reasons , and the lady took her time kind, empathetic impatient it was beyond customer service. It was a human being, being caring and wonderful to another set of human beings and we need more people like that in this world. I often don’t make the trip out there and I’ll go to a local chain running store out of laziness but falls road never lets me down”

“I think we visited five shoe stores at the mall today and Skechers has a great selection of casual shoes and sandals. And, I thought their prices were reasonable. Especially noteworthy was the excellent service from Elena. She was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We needed a lot of assistance and she could not have been better.”

I had just gotten off of work at about 5 and was researching availability which led me to visiting this Vans location for the first time and I can confidently say that I will %100 be returning! I had thee warmest welcome and was lucky enough to be assisted by Alex H. She was so accommodating, patient, and kind! I can imagine that individuals who work in retail are mentally and physically exhausted after a busy season but by Alex’s stellar customer service you’d never even know. “Skechers is definitely worth the place for a daily comfy or a sportive shoe that you are looking for. I was lost initially not know which shelf/aisle or rack was for youth boys. One staff got me confused while another staff sorted our confusion and we came out with as truly satisfied shoppers !

“This DSW is clean, big, has a parking lot, good variety of shoes and purses/bags, but of course, nothing compares to the online selection they offer. I wish the store could offer a bigger on flat sabdals with strings around the ankle or something similar.”
“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“Visited the store last week. Ava and Neil were working. I couldn't find the shoes my son loves and they were quick to help. I explained that my son is autistic and has been wearing this same style of shoe for the last 5 plus years. They explained that the style was set on clearance and after they even went in the back to check, they didnt have them. They went online to see if there were any and wrote down the exact name of the shoe. They then also gave recommendations on other styles that might work. But my biggest praise to them is when they offered to have my son come in. I explained that he can be quite difficult for trying anything on, especially something new and different. With him now being 10 and quite tall, his behaviors can be a bit much sometimes. Both Ava and Neil offered incredible empathy and said they were both happy to have him come in for as long as it took to find the right pair. I felt their sincerity and it was such a kind gesture. I have yet to take him in but I know when I do, they will be patient and understanding. Thank you Ava and Neil. Your kindness means the world to me.”

“The VDB store in Gambrills has the best and most helpful staff. I have BAD feet…it’s very frustrating to try to find shoes that I can comfortably wear. I tried 4 pairs of walking/running shoes before I found shoes that worked. I had to return 3 pairs of shoes. They transferred 2 different pairs from other stores. Each time they were so kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this store and staff. They worked with me each time I came back assisting in finding me another shoe. This is customer service at its best. Thank you! This store will be a go-to store when looking for shoes. Online shopping is great, but sometimes you need brick and mortar stores!!”
