The new employees at this store have been great, with a smooth experience due to the infusion of younger workers. While one customer experienced an employee who seemed hesitant to assist near closing time, the majority of reviews praise the friendly and helpful staff, such as Anil, who provided excellent customer service, explained options, and demonstrated professionalism. Customers appreciate the convenient location and tidy store, making it an excellent place to deliver or return Amazon packages.
The service there was absolutely amazing. No doubt. The younger workers there were very nice and welcoming and got the work done, no stress on their part and none on mine. I am hoping these new employees (I assume are newer) will change the view on this store.

I disagree with the bad reviews. Anil was friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and tidy. I guess you can't please everybody.
