He had no reason to be helpful to me whatsoever, but he patiently offered to look into my tracking issues where an Access Point had refused my package and gave me advice how to solve the problem. “Located in the Montpelier Shopping Center with a several restaurants and other businesses. I've been in this shopping center so many times and never noticed this UPS store was here all along.
