“I recently visited the Kohl’s store in Ellicott City, and overall, I had a great shopping experience. The store was clean, well-lit, and organized, with clearly marked sections for women’s, men’s, kids’, and home goods. Everything was easy to find.
The staff was friendly and helpful. One associate even walked me over to the jeans section and helped me find the right size. They had a good variety of brands, including Levi’s and Sonoma. The fitting rooms were spacious and clean, though there was a short wait during peak hours.
One thing I really liked was the deals and discounts. I downloaded the Kohl’s app at the checkout counter and got an extra 20% off my total. Their return policy is also very flexible, which is great if something doesn’t fit.
The parking lot is large and generally safe, although it gets a bit crowded in evenings. If you're looking for quality clothing, shoes, or home decor at reasonable prices, Kohl’s is definitely worth checking out.
