“I have got to tell you how great a help Amber at M&T bank in Rouzerville PA has been to me and my family. My father passed away in September 2023, which was difficult already, but then my sister, who is a specialist doctor at a major hospital as well as a mother of two little kids, and who lives halfway across the country, had to take on the additional task of executor of his estate. She has had absolutely no time to spare to do things like travel repeatedly to PA, which at first we thought was going to be necessary to close out his account and his safe deposit box. There seemed to be a lot of documents and red tape involved. Amber, who has years of experience with M&T, worked out a way to streamline this whole process so that my sister only has to come in once and get everything done same day. Amber also said we should contact her again if there is any way she can help move this whole process along. I am just floored and grateful for Amber's extensive knowledge, quick thinking and friendly helpfulness!”

The lady I worked with was super nice! (Her name starts with a K- I forget the whole name, sorry!) I asked if they take change rolls for cash and they do.
Sure enough I came back an hour or so after I walked over to hand in my freshly counted change rolls and got my dollar bills! She was so nice and efficient throughout the process.
As I collect change this will be my go to place to exchange my change rolls. Right around the corner from my aparment, it's a 20 second walk.

Ive literally always despised banks until I met her.My husband and I typically will only use this branch because she is there. Even if she's swamped with work she still takes time to check in and give a big smile. I always leave with my questions or tasks answered and handled. Phone calls and emails she's so quick to help. “Becky is awesome!!! She is efficient and always on top of things, despite the being the only one there sometimes to help customers at the drive-thru AND in the lobby. She really tries to prioritize her customers, and will help others with quicker deposits while another customer is getting their paperwork, checks, etc., ready.

Several months ago, I also closed two old accounts that I still had open with my ex-husband. The process took almost an hour to transfer funds into the new account and some paperwork to close the old accounts.
The guy who helped me was friendly and made the process relatively painless.
Overall a good branch and easy to work with.”
