“I couldn’t afford a new expensive washer and dryer. So I checked Facebook marketplace, ReStore, and other used appliance stores near me. I was a little worried about the location on Eastern Blvd. I wondered if delivery would be expensive and would the used machines work? Ultimately, I paid 550.00 for a Samsung washer and dryer (this included delivery). Bought it on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday as promised. They took away the broken machines AND installed the new ones. The men were quick and courteous. I have high hopes these machines will last for a couple of years.”
“Had a wonderful experience with Bruno‘s appliance shop. We needed a refrigerator to replace our old basement one and we needed it quickly. After several calls and dead ends, we found Bruno‘s and went over to the showroom. We were able to find a used refrigerator with an upper freezer. It was clean, in excellent condition and reasonably priced. Delivery was arranged for the following day and the delivery men took our old refrigerator away as well. There is a six month warranty on the refrigerator and so far it is working just perfectly. The employees were a pleasure to deal with!”
“In 2016 I purchased a Simplicity vacuum cleaner from a store that has changed owners several times. The belt broke and unfortunately the replacement belt sold to me by the other shop was a bit too wide causing rubbing and burning rubber. Bagdon's came up in an internet search and was closer than the other place so I went there. Bagdon's was great! Their person took a look, understood the problem, and replaced the belt with the correct one. He also did a quick clean of the machine and replaced one of the filters. Although my visit was short and nothing was actually broken, I was very impressed with the level of service and competence. They have my business going forward. Great experience!”

“Ok this place is great. I think I wrote a review last year. We bought a washer and dryer set last year from here and had no issues with it. Come our 1 year, I started having issues with the washer not finishing loads and the husband tried to fix it. We Should have just gave them a call but we were just caught up and we finally called them to ask if we could bring it in to get checked. Such helpful people and really great feedback on what to do or check things if something goes wrong. We will definitely remember to call them again if we need maintenance. And we would happily buy from them again and will continue supporting them. They were so kind and we value the help and commitment they put into helping us.”
“Im not sure his name, but one gentleman helped and knew right away what I was looking for. I actually wasn’t aware they are so close to me, and I will definitely come here for anything I need vs Home Depot/Lowes, service is much better and so is the environment, you also can be confident the employees actually know what they are talking about. I’m very glad I found this place, even tho I’m not a professional, it’s even better for my questions”

“Such a great owner. I told them the wrong part number, totally my mistake but despite that they took the open box part back and refunded me fully. I was able to find the correct part. So nice to see a local business carry such a great selection of appliance parts. I bought a capacitor from them 3 years ago when my AC stopped working and I was able to fix it the same day.
Businesses with such a nice customer focussed service go a long way.”

“John had to come out twice for our electric dryer. He was knowledgeable on the information he provided to me. He ordered the part needed to hopefully fix the dryer. The parts were delivered directly to me and they just scheduled when they seen parts have been delivered. It was a smooth and easy process even tho I was out of a dryer for two weeks, beats having to buy a new dryer!”

“This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.”
“I went to the rental department to get a saw for pavers. Dave was working and he helped me get my rental. He was very friendly and personable. I got home and realized the saw I chose was not the best for the project I was working on. I went back and Dave and Josh did an awesome job helping me understand the best saw for me. Unfortunately they did not have it available but they were able to get me in contact with a store that had it. In this day and age it's hard to find this high level of customer service. We need more employees like Dave and Josh. Thank you guys!”

“Great experience, steph was super helpful for the moment I walked in the door and made my purchase a breeze! The gentleman that helped me with my purchase of my new car radio and navigation center, was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly! I'm not taking any stars off for this but my only complaint is that it took more than a month to schedule an install. That was kind of a bummer, thank goodness I was able to get my old get my old radio to partially work so I wasn't without for that month. But I just wish when you made a purchase you didn't have to wait more than 30 days to get a slot for installation. I kind of get it, but I don't like it! ?”
