You’ll have the worked inspected on the location, the worked fixed on location, the car cleaned after it’s done at that location. They also test drive the car to make sure there are no problems. Unlike other places that have To be inspected at one place, shipped to another location to get fixed then brought back to the original location to be inspected . Caliber collision and Essex one place does everything perfect”

The office staff and estimators/adjusters are very knowledgeable and have no problem taking the time to explain any questions or concerns. They also have a full service mechanical shop right next door which is also top notch!”
“My husband (74) always goes to Packer Norris parts for our 2002 Ford Escape. They are cheaper and if you do the work yourself (a much better job, if you know what I mean). He put the radiator and radiator fan so far. He still needs to put the tension pulley and belts all the hoses to connect to the pump area and the thermostat.It's a lot of work but at least you know it's done right.”
