“I had 2 great experiences here. Initially I was uneasy because the workers are so straightforward and about business. But it’s just their personality. Once you show you are serious they are quick to show vehicles within your budget and seem willing to work with you even if you don’t have all of the money up front. Luckily both cars I purchased were cash purchases so I didn’t have that issue but good to know they are at least willing to do that. Alex was terrific!! Highly recommend”
“Given a rental after a collision through the at-fault party's insurance company. The process with Enterprise was very easy and the staff here are friendly!
I worked with Tam for my pickup and drop-off; both times Tam showed exemplary customer service. I dropped the rental back off on a Friday morning and it was very busy; Tam apologized to all of us for the wait time and continued to work diligently. I also worked with the same Enterprise driver both times that took me back to the auto-body shop. I did not get his name but he was very nice!

“If you're going to rent a car from Enterprise I love this location best. I've been renting there for at least 17 years. At the beginning it was twice or three times a month. But I still rent as often as I can. The little baby I picked up in PG county is now 18 years old and sometimes she wants to stay home with her mom. Anyway the staff is awesome, the cars or vehicles they have are great. They're always there to lend a hand with My Bluetooth and phone use. Very respectful and friendly. Always welcoming me in and hope to see you next time is always there when I come and go.

I have all state road serve .with auto up grade .a polacey that I pay extra for .now enterprise will not homer my up grede and charge me cetera why do I pay for this insurance.to not have the free up grade for free my charge is $106.00 for the rental that should not cost me .William moore 5128 alberta ave Nottingham Maryland.I feel enterprises.riped me off.for $106.00 extra”
“Always use Enterprise, never had a problem with them. I don’t like the new after hours policy of not being able to return the vehicle after business hours. Paying for a whole extra day, when you may have needed it for just a few more hours, for reasons outside of your control (traffic etc) can be disappointing.”
“I recently needed a car rental. Sterling was great. They had the rental waiting for me at the body shop. On the day my car was ready all I had to do was leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up my own car. I had to give them a deposit and within 2 days of returning the rental the deposit had been credited back to my card. Would definitely use Sterling again.”

“I received ford mustang convertible, which was great during the warm days. I requested a small car and they were going give me a SUV. It was given to me at 3/4 of a tank. And I was told to bring it back at 3/4 of a tank. It should have been a full tank, so it would have been easier to figure out how much gas to put in it yes, it was a gas guzzler.”

“My family has rented vehicles from this Avis/Budget car rental location in Glen Burnie MD multiple times for moving truck rentals as well as car rentals.
This office has a family atmosphere with a small staff, who are courteous, professional and friendly. As a senior, this is important to me. On a recent visit, their computers were down during a busy time. The Assistant Manager, Tedi Tessema continued to assist each person as quickly as possible, having to complete some actions manually and over the phone. He never got rattled, but continued with a calmness that spilled over to the people who were waiting. I had aome questions and he answered them without rushing me. He's a jewel to the organization. Conversations among the customers were cordial and empathetic for the staff. One by one as the customers transactions were completed, they bid glad tidings to everyone as they left. This is the type of place you want to give your business to. I meant to add this feedback before but thought of it today as I will be back to their office again soon. Good job Avis/Budget Group of Glen Burnie! ?”

“There was an extra $56.38 charge on my credit card and the tires kept going down every day and I reported it Lady said when they get another vehicle and they’ll swapped me out, but they never called me to swap me out. Mold on the back passenger seat lots of spills on the seat, then it was miscellaneous things under the seat , The speaker had a hole in it. The car was not cleaned out all the way, but it was OK. I had a funeral go to and then I just kept an extra days to go to Chemo.”
