“I recently purchased a new Casio DW5000R from Reeds Jewelers at the White Marsh Mall. This is the 8th Casio I have purchased from Reeds.
I had the pleasure of working with Kiana, the Store Manager, for most of my purchases. Kiana is amazing to work with and provides extremely wonderful and friendly customer service. Kiana is a true asset to Reeds and I only buy my Casio watches from her. Everytime I look to purchase a new Casio, I call Kiana first.

“I took 2 Movado watches to Smyth for batteries. They claimed they couldn’t open the backs and needed to send to Movado for repair. I paid the $40 for shipping to Movado. A month later they said it would cost $260 each watch. I declined and sent both to Tim at JTC Jewelry. He fixed BOTH and replaced the batteries in BOTH and his cost was a 10th of what Smyth wanted to charge!! Cannot possibly recommend him higher! If he did Daycars, I’d leave my CHILDREN with him!! Amazing Man!!!”

“I went into this shop for the first time. The place was clean. The atmosphere was friendly. I wanted to treat myself for Valentine day so I just decided to stop in. Tim was very helpful. I picked out a pendant and he picked the perfect chain to go with it. I was a little skeptical at first because Tim was great at explaining the market and I was pleased with my purchase. His coworkers were also helpful. It was a relaxing and smooth transaction. The guys working Rich and Tim are hilarious. I don’t know who is the Dad! ? Anyway thanks for making my day! I will be back”
