I would recommend this location and to speak to that manager, Donna anytime to anyone moving from out of state into a new place and have someone to assure your things would be secure and the transfer of your items into your unit would be easy gives a person a piece of mind When they have so much things going on. “I’m going thru a life changing situation … I needed to get some EXTRA HELP lol with my EXTRA SPACE STORAGE UNIT the staff was easy to get along with Mr.rob is always easy to deal with I no he will be there early or late he will be there to help … the previous manager had to leave that is life but I met Sarah I told her what was my situation she listened and she told me a plan that could help me and in the same sentence how to continue to be a part of this family… let’s get this correct there are lots of places you can store you valuables at even cheaper but are they as friendly, are they as clean do they care if you need real help from them other than pay your bill do you feel safe when your inside the storage facility off hours meaning do you trust that your stuff will be here the way you left it?????? Most importantly do you have visitors that visit yet they don’t pay to be here aka rodents etc this place the staff excellent great job guys SARAH & ROB”

“If you want a true professional storage facility to store your items this Extra Space should be on your map. Catherine the facility manager at Shannon Dr Baltimore, Md is very well seasoned in this field, giving me great confidence that I am making the best choice in storing my item.
Going through paperwork, was a breeze. Everything I needed to know was given to me step by step. Catherine has a system in place that has worked through out the years almost a decade adding more confidence this was a great choice in my area.
The walk through of the facility was also very impressive. Catherine gave me all the details of entering and exiting the facility that was noticeably very clean, no smells.
I appreciate her high levels of professionalism, and I really look forward to recommending this Extra Space storage to others in the future.”

“I only used this place for a month while moving but the staff did right by me even if I didn't meet them. I was set to be billed on 7/1 so as I got close to the end of the month I was all worried about getting it empty to save the money. I emptied the unit on 6/30 and all I did was leave the door open. At 7:01 that evening I got an automatic email saying that I was all good to go and that I wouldn't be billed. Very pleased with that so I'll definitely use public storage again.

“My experience at US Storage was started out a little confusing on the phone with the call center. Once i arrived at the location 5117 BelAir rd Mr Robert Prentice took care of me and my family and made the necessary adjustments that made doing business effortless. I would recommend this location to everyone and I will advise everyone to work with Mr Robert Prentice his customer service skills are outstanding.”
