“Shopping for a new Kia? Go see Jeff in sales! He is great to work with. Jeff does not push you into a vehicle you don't want. He was great when buying a first car for a kid that didn't know what he wanted. Jeff didn't mind showing us cars, trucks, new, used, etc. He was patient until we found the K4. Then Jeff made things even easier by negotiating price on the phone to respect my time. Once we agreed the time in the dealership was so fast. Thanks to Jeff we didn't waste an entire day sitting at the dealership. Work with Jeff and Jones Kia, they won't let you down.”

“Jessica was so attentive and communicated so thoroughly with the likes I have never experienced before. Have I not a man of my own at this current time I would not think twice of asking for her hand that we may go thru the journey of life in love and warm embrace!! 10/10”
“(2019 F250 Aluminum door dent) I had a mishap where a tinting shop dinged my door pretty hard leaving a dent near the very top edge of what would be fixable on the door. I decided to drop in right before close just to check things out and they tested to make sure the dent was able to be reached. It was definitely in a challenging place but they scheduled me.
When I came in the next day they were extremely friendly and got the truck pulled in and working. Within 15 minutes the dent was gone. I applaud the quality of their work. I've got a solid base to do the touch up work now.
They are extremely skilled and fun guys to talk to, would come back any day of the week. They care about quality and I respect that greatly.”

“If you want the best exhaust system install, whether it’s a new stock system or a custom performance system, Bent Just Right is your best choice available. I’ve been around building custom cars all my life. The owner of the company as well as the employees are absolute perfectionist. Not many shops, weld every joint for strength and non-leakage of exhaust. You just can’t get better work than this. I had custom exhaust put on and the pipe, bending and welding were incredible. I would recommend this shop to anybody getting any exhaust work done. They’re the best.”
“My passenger doors were pretty badly damaged after cutting a corner too close in a tight parking lot. I was referred to Fork Auto Body from a trusted coworker.
The estimate from Fork I received was well under what I expected. When Fork realized the repair was tougher than expected they were able to work with me so I didn't have to buy new doors which would of cost a few thousand more.
When I got the car back, the final bill was under the original estimate! I couldn't believe it and the side that was repaired looks brand new.
I couldn't be more impressed by Fork Auto Body. The staff were patient and courteous.
I am going to recommend Fork to anyone looking for a trusted auto body shop and will be steering Friends and Family to them if they need any car work done.”
“The staff at Volkswagen of Fallston never cease to amaze me! Their customer service is great and always makes me feel welcomed. I won’t take my Taos anywhere else. The video of the multipoint inspection is so helpful to see what they see and have it explained.”

“I bring my VWs here for service because of the quality of work and attention to detail, especially from top mechanic Jon Zick. Jon has taken good care of my vehicles over the years and always has given good solid advice in certain mechanical situations that have arisen in the past. The remodel looks great ?”
“I have taken my care here twice, and both times they were so wonderful to work with! Communicative, helpful, honest. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone!”

“Noah was fanatistic!!! We went in, he showed us what we needed for our car, quickly installed it, and was really nice the whole time. Thank you for excellent service!!”
“Someone trying to steal my car ripped the door handle off completely and tore up the console to the ignition. Jones Collision Center fixed her right up AND detailed the interior. I got into it and wanted to cry it looked so beautiful. Thank you so much, Jones, for going the extra mile for your customers. It means everything!
Also, every single employee I dealt with there was so pleasant and kind. Good group of people when having to deal with the headache of a damaged vehicle.”
