“Brought tire in for repair. Bay Area resealed tire, changed valve stem. A few months later the tire went flat again. Upon returning the tire Bay Area found a whole in the side wall and could not understand how it was missed. Luckily, one replacement tire was in stock and the damaged tire was replaced. Through out the experience Bay Area representatives were professional and polite.”

“The personnel there are very polite and very knowledgeable. They actually had the technician come out and explain my car to me after they fixed it. Which I was very thankful for. You see I had a problem with my car and I needed it fixed I took it there and at first they said they couldn't get it in for a week but then gentleman behind the counter said well we have a snowstorm coming and he had my car there within 2 days and I so appreciated it with the snow storm coming. They were so thoughtful in my time of need and I can't thank them enough I will be a returning customer”

“The shop was very efficient and ran smoothly. They had several cars in line and yet did my oil change in 30 minutes or less. All bays were in use and all staff engaged. They were very attentive when I arrived and immediately acknowledged me and asked what I needed done. The general manager (Cee) was very welcoming and friendly. I had no issues using my coupon and communication was on point. Cee told me I would need an engine filter next time and did not try to up-sell me on other things. He told me they topped off fluids and the air in my tires. He even told me how much air they put in and that their policy is to top off any fluids or air for the next 3000 miles at any Jiffy Lube! I will be back and would absolutely recommend them.”

Mo had the car ready to test drive and was able to get the paper work together quickly. It was very clear to understand. Speaking with Brent on the phone the day before he laid out all the costs and what to expect to see when I came in the door the next day - and it was just as he said.The sales and finance team were top notch - and again Mo was great in keeping me updated with the process as I waited for financing to finalize. “My experience here was absolutely astounding. I was involved in a rear end hit and run and I wanted to have my vehicle checked for the safety of my 18 month old daughter. I had called around to a few different places and wasn’t able to get in until next week.I called and spoke with Mike who told me to come in as soon as I could. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and my vehicle was taken back immediately. The technician Logan did a full inspection of my vehicle, he did advise me that I will be needing brakes in the near future. Being a single mom it’s hard to find a place that will not nickel and dime you for every little thing. Mike was able to get me a quote for brakes that I will be able to afford within the time frame I need them done by. I have found my forever shop. Thank you gentleman.”
