“Tia...Provided me with an extraordinary banking experience! Following our Credit Union merger, we were unable to access our on-line banking services. After weeks of frustration and failed attempts, she patiently worked out the issues created by a joint account transfer and calmly resolved all the problems encountered. She is an asset to Freedom FCU and a true professional.”

“Great experience when visiting for the first time a few months ago. Ashleigh F. was extremely accommodating and friendly, and made the experience and process very easy. It's great to see how she remembers her customers when they return. Great customer service.”

“I've been banking with APGFCU for over 10 years now. Its not as great as it use to be. They just now got Tap to Pay (last bank to get it) they use to not charge ATM fees, now they do. Interests rates on savings are pretty low. They have a High Yield Savungs account but that requires minimums. APGFCU is more of a big bank now and less of a Credit Union. Also if you live outside of Harford County, best bank elsewhere due to lack of branches outside Harco. Customer service however has always been great. Real people to deal with and no AI”

“We had a great experience at Wells Fargo today. The banker was patient, professional, and took the time to walk my daughter through opening her very first account. They explained everything clearly, answered all her questions, and made her feel confident and respected throughout the process. It meant a lot to see her treated like an adult while still being supported. Thank you for making this an easy and positive milestone for her.”
