“This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. The staff were polite and made sure to take care of items purchased.”

“The carhartt at national harbor is for sure one of the best ones I have been to, you walk in the store and you feel welcomed by the amazing staff who actually seems like they want to help you. “Prices were decent however they need to get their air fixed so I’m taking away one star for that. Long lines but the cashiers are doing the best they can. Polo shirts are $4.99 skirts and skorts are around $9.99-16.99 and long pants are ranged from $13.99 and up. They also have long sleeves and discounted items for 50 percent off.”

“Convenient location for me. The store is large with a kids, women and men’s section. Friendly customer service but when it’s busy it’s hard to find anyone that works there, which is understandable. I think they change out clothes every week and the best time to shop is when they open during the week. I think they have a nice selection of clothes. I always saw the store in disarray on the weekends so when I get the chance to shop during the week it’s a breathe of fresh air.”

“I love this place, clothes, and sale section. But what I love most of all is the customer service. The employees are the kindest people ever. You talk or ask for there help and they will help you. Some items are a bit pricey but the quality is very good overall so that makes it worth the price.”

Not many sizes to chose from for regular priced items. The sale selections were in the middle of the store and by the fitting rooms. Good thing is they have price checkers on the floor. I would come to shop here but don't expect great service when you come.”
