“I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”
“Absolutely Loveeeee this location, The lady Yolanda is amazing, I was having so much trouble at the self service kiosk while returning an amazon package and without me even having to ask, she came right over after assisting her customer. She is also nice and patient every single time I go in.”

“I use this location pretty often. Leonard helped with last minute shipments I needed to get out on a Friday for arrival on Saturday back in September. Most of the shipments made it, 2 were delayed (no fault of the store). The store team helped me sort out a partial refund.”
“The best UPS store I've been to in the whole DMV Mariah and V are so friendly so nice and so helpful every single time. overall the best experience This is the type of customer service you want everyday. kudos to them, they work really hard. if I could give him a hundred stars, I would because it never fails every time I go there they're always willing to help. get these girls a RAISE!!!!”
“The customer service here is outstanding!! The employees at this location always make eye contact and greet customers (especially if they are not busy with other customers) upon entry. They work efficiently and don't act as if I'm bothering them by entering the store. I go out of my way sometimes just to patronize this location because of the service.”
“Best service ever. O8282025 I had a very fragile item to mail. The UPS staff assured me that they would take very good care in packaging the item as i had to leave it without seeing it packaged. The estimated delivery to the recipient was 09022025. Well the package arrived to its destination 08302025, with special care, everything intact. “I live in this community and have been using this UPS store regularly for over 2 years. I have always known their hours to be until 7pm on the weekdays. It’s my understanding that they stop doing special services by 6:30 because it requires time and could exceed closing. All of the employees at this UPS store are wonderful. They are always helpful and very friendly. Ms Shawn is great. Elijah is awesome and the others are very nice as well. Great store! Can’t see going anywhere else for my UPS needs. I also don’t mind adhering to the hours that are posted.”
