“You need air. It it totally unfair and inhumane to have staff and customers in a store using fans you her in place to dry up water from a flood that happened last year. The staff is working hard and deserve better. It's disgusting that you would ask about the service she provided when the conditions of the store and temperature are the worst part of the experience. Fix your business up and quality and traffic will improve.”
“Im not sure what the other reviewer is talking about but I have been going to this location for several years and by far one of the best people I have ever come in contact that work for metro have been Mr. Mike. I have seen him personally help several people and takes the time to explain everything to them including policies, insurance process and even phone models that fit what that person wants. I can vouch for him that he has even come to the store with food in hes hand and has left it in the counter to go help me out he has even set up the bluetooth in my car twice after I lost my first phone”
“I walked in to this location after a bad experience at another location and was blown away by the customer service in this store. 10 stars!!! The manager Mark greeted us the moment we walked in and was able to quickly get us set up with at home wifi. Once the plans had been decided and paperwork signed Mark introduced us to BenShekn M. Ans this young man was nothing short of amazing. The perfect mix of knowledge, friendliness and approchability. He helped us set up the box and made sure that it worked all while answering questions we had about other services but not making us feel forced into buying anything. Over all it was an phenomenal experience and we will definitely be returning there in the future. THANKS GUYS!!!! Keep up the great work!”
