Everyone is very knowledgeable and can answer any of your questions, And help you with anything in the training process.
My dog is never worried about going. She always runs right in. Definitely a great place to take your dog for any kind of training.
Sometimes I take her for the day. She gets a brush up her training at the same time.”
“This is the best pet groomer in town. We have a dog and 2 cats that are cared for here and they love this place. They always come out clean and happy. The owner has us on a regular schedule and always books our appointments every year ahead of time. They are organized, clean, and courteous. Highly recommend this groomer!”
“Dr. McCourt gave wonderful care to our 17-year-old beagle mix puppy, Chica. At the end, Dr. Silcox provided guidance, empathy, and compassion—not only to Chica, but also to our family at a very difficult moment. The kindness from the entire staff meant so much; several of them were in tears that night, which truly showed how much they care about the animals and families they serve. The condolence card we received the following week was a thoughtful gesture that truly meant a lot to us.

“We had just picked up our 4 month old French bulldog from animal hospital after having 3 surgeries to repair a badly broken elbow & a 3 day stay they told us to get a no pull harness I called scratch n sniff she was about to close I explained our situation & we were only 3 minutes away not only did she stay open she helped me with choosing the right harness plus they have great treats for pups I highly recommend this pet supply I continue to shop there ! I love this place & the people”

Update: have been coming here for a while now and they always do a great job. Only complaint is that today at pickup nobody was in the front of the store for a good five minutes. I tried calling to see if it brought someone out but it did not. It was only when I knocked on the door to the back and loudly asked if anyone was there that someone came out. It was pretty concerning, especially with the fact that there were 3 young women/teens in the little cat area, seemingly unsupervised by staff.”

“My partner and I love this store. We have purchased several fish, a lot of our aquariums and supplies from them. Joanna is wonderful. She is friendly and knowledgeable. She not only answers my fish care questions, but my Polish language questions as well. They sold some of our angelfish offspring for store credit, which saved us some money in fish food. “I love going to Petco! It’s near my house, I can always park right out front, I know where all of the things I need are, and there are lots of sales to choose from. I never seem to be in a queue at the store, and when I check out, the cashiers are always very helpful and friendly. Mimzy, apparently, approves every time I come home from there!”
“First time shopping at this establishment. The cashier was friendly, patient, engaging, and focused with the customer in front of me, but she didn’t even make eye contact with me while checking me out, was doing other things, and just rushed me out. I thought I was going to get the same customer service as the lady in front of me, but I guess not. Cashier needs to be more mindful of how she comes off to customers of different demographics”
“In terms of PetSmart there are two reasons I come here. The first primarily is for the healthcare. I use their Banfield service in order to take care of my dog and I always been very pleased with the service there. All the workers that I've dealt with have been very friendly, the doctors have been straightforward and knowledgeable and they always seem to do the best they can to take care of my dog. It definitely feels like they are there and paying attention and as concerned about the well-being of a pet as they should be.
The other side of PetSmart is of course the actual pet supplies. And since I only have a dog I can really only speak to the quality of the goods there. But there is a wide variety of things for your dog, tons of different dog food options both wet and dry, along with a variety of dietary or medical brands that you might need if your dog is suffering from a specific ailment. I'm pretty sure this extends to cat food as well. They also have basically every kind of tool or toy or treat that you could ask for. Bedding, grooming tools, housing, they have it and they have options for it.
Essentially I've never been to PetSmart and found that they didn't have what I needed.”

“Literally had one of the worst days of my life and needed surgery so afterwards I stopped here to buy myself a treat (jumping spider). Was told it was too late to purchase an animal (we did go in last minute). But after explaining my day to the worker she said shed make an exception. My day went from one of the worst days of my life to having something to look forward too again. I understand rules are meant to be followed but you never know what happened in somebodys day and I just wanted to write them a review because they turned my entire day from being awful into being able to have something to look forward too. Even though everybody was busy closing and cleaning they took time out for me to choose and purchase my spider. Every single worker in there was so kind and even told me that they hope im feeling better. A little kindness goes a long way and I will go out of my way to come to this petsmart anytime I need something because of how kind they were. I am very appreciative of all the workers there tonight and cant wait to come back and visit again.”
“Love this pet store. Before my dog got older and had to switch to kidney diet food I often bought his food here before the Pet Supplies Plus opened in Aberdeen. Wide selection of high quality treats, leashes, collars and other useful items. They have self grooming rooms you can rent for $25 that have absolutely everything you could need. The tubs are metal walk in tubs with a side door that groomers often use in their setups. They have a small ramp for your dog to easily walk into the tub which is great for large dogs or older dogs with mobility issues. Best of all the rooms are very clean unlike the horrifying situation in the Tractor Supply in Aberdeen where the grooming room looks like it's never once been cleaned in it's entire existence. I think ownership has changed a handful of times over the years at Pet Nirvana but it's nice to see that the store and inventory quality hasn't changed.”

“Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Love going there! Marion, the trainer is the best. She is very creative, sensitive and in tune with the dogs and parents, amazing. Marion can suggest a solution to any situation. Peaches loves going to class. She is my second dog going there for training. Program is good and affordable, but the trainer adds so much more. We have so much fun. It's good for me to learn to understand Peaches and not react incorrectly.
Thank you White Marsh Petco employees for giving Peaches and I a great experience and many happy memories.”
“This place has a large selection of fresh fish of all sizes with all items needed for tank care and setup. They also have reptiles such as lizards, snakes and turtles. With an addition to birds and small furry animals.In addition to the animals this place and an amazing assortment of taxidermy on the walls and the back area.I will definitely return due to the helpful nature of the staff.”
“I shop exclusively for dog supplies, as that's all we have. In that regard, very well stocked for food, treats, toys, remedies and other misc. During the day, during the week, rarely seems busy. They have decent training classes too.”
