“First time shopping at this establishment. The cashier was friendly, patient, engaging, and focused with the customer in front of me, but she didn’t even make eye contact with me while checking me out, was doing other things, and just rushed me out. I thought I was going to get the same customer service as the lady in front of me, but I guess not. Cashier needs to be more mindful of how she comes off to customers of different demographics”
“I got some really helpful advice from an employee about my sick betta fish (Lexy, I think was her name.) I appreciate that she was willing to help answer my questions and give some treatment recommendations, but also asked me questions to make sure that my betta was in a big enough tank and that I have a proper set up for him.”
