“Went gun safe shopping over the Black Friday weekend, and me and spouse traveled far and wide for the Winchester 36 gun case safe that was on sale. Last place we checked was the Rosedale location, I called and spoke to Will. Great customer service over the phone as well as in person!! He was really knowledgeable about the safe and gave us great advice how to transport this beauty home. We was able to purchase the safe on Saturday and pick it up on Monday. Due to Will’s great advice, pick up and transportation was a breeze. THANKS AGAIN WILL!!”

“I had to bring in my 17 year old Brat terrier for a " quality of life" discussion, which had to be the hardest decision I have ever made in my entire life. The staff there was so understanding and compassionate throughout the entire visit, and when it came time, they explained in detail the steps of the process and what to expect up until the end. They allowed my father and I to remain in the room for as long as we needed after the process was complete. They were so caring, and supportive as they understood how hard it was to make such a difficult decision, the compassion everyone in that clinic had made me feel a bit more at ease in such an extremely heartbreaking moment. I am truly grateful to everyone in that office.”

“This may seem odd as a representative of K-9 Kraving that I am leaving a review, HOWEVER, I too, am a customer of K-9 Kraving. Currently, I have 3 furr-kids, all rescues, varying breeds, all different ages. Since joining my pack, they have all been fed K-9 Kraving diets. Abbey is the matriarch of our pack. A 14yo Jack-ChiChi mix. For the most part, Abbey has been an easy keeper over the years; trimming her nails and weight management were our greatest challenges until about 1.5 years ago. Out of nowhere, about every 4 months, Abbey's ears and paws would become infected, and transferring to her mouth from licking/scratching. Each visit & pharma treatment at the DVM was leaving me with a $180 - $200 bill. But more frustrating than the cost was not knowing the WHY it was a reoccurring challenge. Chicken, Beef & Veg (or) Chicken & Veg w/ Mackerel were the standards in our house with only K-9 Kraving dried treats for foraging snacks. One day, as I was creating technical posts for our FB page, I personally focused on the benefits of one of our most under-appreciated diets, Rabbit, Duck & Vegetable. This diet has ant-inflammatory qualities and is also low in cholesterol, excellent for senior canines.....DING, DING, DING!!! For Abbey, I made the connection that older dogs have different needs... We made the switch in January 2023. FFW to today, Abbey is the leanest she has ever been, inflammation & infection free for over 4 months (WOO-HOO) and more active than ever! She is actually playing with toys. I couldn't be happier with the difference the RDV diet has made for her. In Abbey's case, the inflammation was triggering licking and scratching, ultimately resulting in infection. With RDV diet those triggers have been neutralized. Finally a very friendly and knowledgeable business that caters to pet owners.They have 3 "Self pet bathing" area that's very clean and they provide multiple pet shampoos for you're choice that's included in their ridiculously cheap price.The facility is stocked with all your pet needs and wants!The bathing area is raised a few feet off the floor that makes both your pet and yourself more comfortable.I have a bad back and washing my dog is very hard on my back but, this place is ideal if you have similar health issues. Honestly? I will NEVER wash my pet at home again as long as they're in business.I give them "5 Stars"!!!!!!!”

“It's Toby's birthday! So I went in looking for doggy birthday cake & goodies! I thought they would have something in the refrigerated section, but I was mistaken. SAD. But, I was directed to some doggy ice cream (mix with warm water and place in the freezer for 8 hours) that he'll have tomorrow.I also wanted to get him a hoody, sweater, or something to wear now that it's getting colder. There's not much to choose from where that's concerned, but I did find something. But like others have stated, the staff are always friendly!”

Come to find out, it is one of the oldest stores still open (we automatically thought it was a new location!).. the manager turns out to be our neighbor and the sweetest lady ever! “I am so pleased with the service I received from this location and will recommend Chrissy to anyone looking for an attentive, kind, and talented groomer.I picked my baby up from this appointment and she looked happy and calm which was not my experience at all different groomer who did not treat my dog well (different location). My dog was groomed by Chrissy and she gave me exactly what I asked for - a schnauzer type cut with a trimmed skirt. Before Chrissy, I had a traumatic experience with groomer at a different Persmart location. As a result, I had been driving 3 hours for my dogs cut because the groomer we trusted lived 3 hours away, but now I have one locally in Chrissy and I’m thankful. We will be back!”
