“I'm a regular customer of Bay Area Goodyear of a little over 10 years now and I can only say good things about them, their service and staff. They take care of your vehicles, inform you of the issues and when possible give you options. Tim is a great store manager, and he will make sure your vehicle is taken care of.”

“I needed an emergency repair & they did an awesome job! Tia & team met me with exceptional customer service, honest and trustworthy recommendations, superb auto service, the convenience of a loaner vehicle, AND a few laugh to ease my anxieties! They were able to diagnose, provide an awesome written report with photos, repair the problems and give great advice on services that were missed by my dealer. I’d highly recommend this location if you’re looking for car care in the future. Not only did I save money, was given a warranty on services, but felt confident getting back on the road again. Just relocating back to the MD area, I needed transparent, affordable and dependable auto service & AutoStream-Columbia checked all of the boxes!”

8199 Ritchie Hwy, Pasadena MD 21122
“I had my car at a shop down the street where they told me I needed to replace both of my rear wheel bearings and quoteed me over $2000 for the job on my Ford Escape. I called Independent just to get a quote, and not only did they quote me around $500 less at the high end, but once I brought the car in they found I only needed ONE bearing replaced. They let me know a few other things to take care of with up front pricing, and with no pressure whatsoever. Calling Independent ensured I kept $1000+ in my pocket. Cheers to their honest business policies.”

“I always use A.M automotive. They treat you like family. People travel from Pennsylvania to the shop to have the work done on the vehicles. I have used them for the past 20 years and I’ve never been disappointment. They have exceeded my expectations.”

“I did not end up using them. But when I called about Auto repair they were upfront and honest and directed me to a better place to handle my needs rather than hiding that to make a profit off of me”

“I had an excellent experience with Auto Sense Auto Services in Millersville, MD. On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, I called about a tire repair after rolling over a nail and spoke with Hailey. She immediately advised me to drop off my car and assured me they’d work on it as soon as possible. Since it was too cold to walk home, Hailey offered their transport service for customers within a 10‑mile radius — which worked out perfectly. I dropped my car off around 10:15 a.m., completed a little paperwork, and their driver courteously drove me home. By 3:15 p.m., Hailey called to let me know my car was ready and arranged for the driver to pick me up. The driver was professional and polite, the prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff treated me like family. My car ran perfectly after the repair, and the tire was fixed without issue. To my surprise, Hailey even included a coffee mug, a Yankee Candle air freshener, and placed my keys on their personalized keychain — such a thoughtful touch! If you ever need auto service in the Millersville or Glen Burnie area, I highly recommend Auto Sense Auto Services.”

“I’ve been bringing my car to New Life Automotive for a few years now, and Jesse has always taken great care of it. He’s super trustworthy, communicates really well, and their prices are very fair. I appreciate that Jesse is honest about what actually needs to be done — never trying to sell me on stuff I don’t need. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, but this shop (and Jesse especially) is exactly that!”

6350 S Hanover Rd SUITE G, Elkridge MD 21075
“Long time customer of Foreign Auto Experts. They are a rare find for mechanics- extremely honest (will tell you what work you DON'T need done), use quality parts (many shops use crap parts) and do great work. Also recently, Dustin saved me well over a $1000! I called to make an appointment to get my headlights repaired on my 2020 Kia Telluride because the high beams weren't working. He researched it on his own after my call and told me to bring it to the dealer because it had an unpublicized extended warranty that Kia issued a couple of years ago. Got it fixed at the dealer for free. Most repair shops would have missed this or knowingly charged for the work.”

“SNT has never done me wrong. They are honest and fair and I will go back again and again and recommend them to anyone. I once had a vehicle that was basically not fixable and they were honest about that. Another time they simply did not have the specialized equipment for my vehicle and recommended me to go elsewhere. All the other times they have been I touch, done great work, and I have never left feeling like I’d been “had”. It is so nice to have a go-to business that you can trust. SNT will always be my first choice.”

“I needed a front end alignment. I called the number for the Glen Burnie store, not realizing that it was a call center. I was turned off by the hard to understand guy on the phone, but I got such a quick appointment, I figured to hell with it; let's give it a shot. I called at 12:15 and he booked me for 12:30. I'm 8 minutes away so, off I went. I got there Bryan A. explained about the new call center process. My appointment was valid and they were done incredibly fast. I was back home by 1. I definitely will be going back thanks to Bryan and the staff there. Thank you.”

“Way cheaper than next door’s prices and is very on demand. It’s my fault for being last very second, but they were lenient by being as spontaneous as they can. Got me in, got me out. Showed me their work and reassured me as we go. This review is being left as my car is being worked on.”

“Excellent work. I had these guys paint a JDM bumper for my Evo 8 as well as repair the clear coat on the Evo carbon wing and both came out amazing. Paint matches extremely well for being 20 years old. Super happy with their work.”

“I brought the car in with a “service brake assist” warning. The initial tests said it would be a $4000+ repair but they researched it further on their own to identify a relatively minor problem which proved to be the problem. Saved me thousands. They also identified several other somewhat expected problems for an aged car. All in all I came back very satisfied.”

“Well's Automotive has been great each and ever time I have needed work done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them. I would say even my Mother, but she is the one that told me to go to them. The people are great and they will take the time to explain any issues and make sure you understand what needs to be done. I still approve of Wells. My son now takes his truck there, so three generations.”

-
14814 Baltimore Ave, Laurel MD 20707
“Highly recommended place! Besides tire patching they also do tire plugs! I was really happy for that since I went to a well known tire place and surprised to find out they could not fix my tire since it needed a plug but they only did patching. Glad that NTB saved the day for me.”
-
816 Oregon Ave #1411, Linthicum Heights MD 21090
“Went to get lunch and discovered one of my tires had a big puncture in it from my morning drive to work. Looked quickly online and found this place. Very down to Earth place. Come in, pull up to a number, no appointment needed or wanted. I was honestly shocked with how quick it was given what I'm used to with car servicing typically taking an hour or longer to get even looked at, let alone get the car serviced. To top it off, the price was amazing as well. Will definitely consider coming out here again in case I get any more car tire troubles. Definitely one of the best, if not the best in the area.”
-
6205 S Hanover Rd, Elkridge MD 21075
“I’ve trusted this business with 4 cars / trucks now, across about 8 years. I don’t get fluff diagnosis with them, they are realistic about what really needs fixing, and they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop.”
-
10625 Duvall St, Glenn Dale MD 20769
“Exceptional customer service and trustworthy care! Owner performed diagnostic analysis and only administered required service versus initial proposed service I thought my vehicle needed based on another outside assessment! Saved me money and said, I could call him directly if I needed further assistance or advice on service provided.. That's top-notch service and care! Definitely would recommend.”
