“I feel the amount of time it took to complete the job with an appointment was satisfactory! Definitely faster than other places I've gone to in the past. George Clark is personable and does a great job! The price felt a little on the high side for having a $15 off coupon. Also... was disappointed the promotion for a free engine additive was not honored or at the very least not advertised clearly. It is worded as a free additional bonus not an either or $15 off.”

Went to Bay Area tires after coming through the Dunkin line and the prices were not a huge difference of other places but definitely more convenient. Scheduled an appt for the next day. Took my truck in the next day. Got tires, Alignment and warranty. I was in and out within an hr and a half.”

“I like the ease of getting same or next day appointment. Had my 15 year old SUV towed to Johnsons Auto Service as it had a dead battery and a few other issues that needed to be resolved. Johnsons provided an estimate, which was reasonable, and quickly serviced my SUV. I was able to pick it up the day after it was towed there. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the vehicle when I picked it up as the red battery indicator light was coming on intermittently as I was driving home. (That's the reason I took off 1 star). I initially thought the indicator light would potentially reset itself, but the next day, the indicator light was back on. So I brought my SUV back to Johnsons. They were apologetic, did another diagnostic (at no charge), found the problem, gave me the estimate for the additional part, and quickly fixed the issue. Now all is well and my SUV is running fine. Although it took 2 visits to fix my SUV, I was happy with the speed of service (both times), reasonable price, and their location is great because they are only 5 minutes from my home. I will be bringing my SUV there again for service in the future.”

It's hard finding great quality, perfection, fast service with wonderful, caring, inviting customer service. Mr. Fred is awesome with communication, updates and making sure you're comfortable while waiting by checking up on you personally. It's a relaxing atmosphere to where you can actually think and hear them working is comforting to know they're getting your car taking care of. Things that were wrong with my car needed a lot of attention and he even called other places for them to bring to the shop so I can have new tires. The comfort of knowing someone wants to take care of your car properly and not scam you makes me want to sit and wait for them patiently ? The Parking Spot Bus Driver cleared about 6” of snow off my car with his brush and filled my tire with enough air to get to a repair place. I called to see if an auto place could help me and went toSNT Automotive401 S Camp Meade RoadEven though there was a sign on the door saying “we are full”, their parking lot was crammed full, and both bays were full, Duffy took the screw out of my tire, patched my tire, and told me there was no charge but sometimes people just tipped so I did. What could’ve been an hours long problem was just a matter of minutes. Highly recommend both Parking Spot and SNT!”

“Called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. Tom, the owner, took some basic info and listened to my concerns. I was able to drop off my car the afternoon, before, to accommodate our work schedules. I was called by midday with solutions for my concerns and additional recommendations. He also provided an estimate.I was told the work would be completed by Wednesday. Tom called me Wednesday afternoon to explain the tires delivered were the incorrect size and assured me the correct ones would be in on Thursday morning. Thursday the car was finished and I was offered an express payment option to save time. The amount charged was exactly as quoted.This locally owned and operated business came highly recommended.
