Brandi Hutchinson, in particular, is a standout employee and always proved very helpful and receptive. If you want a quiet community in a good neighborhood, this is a great place to live.”
“I’ve been at The Dalton for about two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The building is always clean, the staff is super nice, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were taken care of quickly.
My apartment was quiet, comfortable, and had plenty of natural light. I'm going to miss the rooftop views of DC and Alexandria. Overall, The Dalton has truly felt like home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live that balances easy access to the city and more relaxed day to day of Old Town.

“I waited to give this place a review. I needed to settle in and see how things really run. After 2 months here I can say I feel safe here. The property is ran well and the apartment is great. Each building has cameras and the door is locked to each building so you need a fob to get in. There are cleaning ladies that come in weekly to clean the building. Rapport from the office is smooth. During the snow storm the had ppl plow the grounds and the parking spots.
I can tell that whoever runs this place cares because they take care of the things residents really care about. I’ve lived in other great places, this is definitely one of them.”

“I moved into Bell Arlington Ridge a few months ago, and my living situation has been great. First of all, Jacque and Tyler were very very helpful and welcoming with the initial move-in process, answering questions promptly and in-detail. They are quick to resolve maintenance requests as well. The actual apartments themselves are very nice, with modern appliances and clean features upon move in. The overall apartment itself has very nice features and perks to it. I have only had positive experiences at Bell Ridge apartments.”

“I have complained about our sink only having blazing hot water to the point where we got used to it not having cold water. So I put in a request to have someone take a look at it and even mentioned not to send a maintenance guy. Because they always say that they don't know what the problem is and that they would have the office call a plumber which never showed up. In my last complaint they sent Eduardo Lopez. He took his time diagnosing the situation even going to the extent of removing the entire faucet and finally gave me his diagnosis. He replaced the faucet and just like that everything was working well. I don't know why the other maintenance workers couldn't figure this out. I was so happy they sent Eduardo cause finally a problem that lasted years is now fixed.”

“- units are nice for the most part. Some can be a bit of a walk to get to due to the building design.- parking garage was nice, do have some issues here with cars getting messed with or the gate getting broken down to gain access to the garage by outsiders up to no good.- management for the most part was nice and helpful when I was here . Non-management staff were hit or miss, most of them were rude and lazy.- location is nice for things around these units for shopping and restaurants.- inside and office was always clean and organized.- never had issues with packages getting stolen or messed with.- never had issues with neighbors, everyone was respectful and nice.- didn't have to fight for elevator access much, everyone was nice other than the few random entitled humans that think they are someone special. " Have them everywhere you go lol"- overall I honestly enjoyed my stay here other than the walk to my unit was so long.- I would have stayed here for my 3rd year if the prices didn't jump up so much.”

“Little bit of a story time, I was a victim of card fraud for a bank with which I had 2 checking accounts. You have the option to pay online here which, I had always done on time in full with one of those accounts. However, due to the fraud, I could no longer pay with one of those cards. I tried to use the bank account I also had linked to the app twice, but I had sent money to the wrong bank account to try to pay, and as such, I had online pay disabled for me. The first month, I was able to use a cashiers check, but the second month, I was advised to use their “WIPS” system, which would require you taking hundreds or thousands in cash to a store, and which I’m pretty uncomfortable with. Fortunately, Yessica Medina and Waleed Safi were able to work with me and seemed to understand my situation, and the first time I tried to talk to them about it, they were able to help me out and get the ability to pay online back to me. It left an extremely good impression on me of Mr. Safi, who it was my first time meeting, and management in general. Mrs. Medina has always been awesome and very helpful whenever I go to their front office, so service as usual for her. Much thanks to both of them. It’s a surprisingly big weight off of my shoulders for something so minor sounding.”
“I love this area. Foundry though has had a lot of issues. Namely with the elevator service, I will say with Bozzuto there has been more community events. This honestly wouldn't have been achieved in the degree that it is without Reginald is the front desk concierge. For a while I didn't want everyone to come downstairs Or outside of the apartment just because it was always such a headache, but I will say that he's been such a sunshine to the apartment complex, especially in regards of inventing new events, always being pleasant, always being courteous and always making sure that he has a smile on his face when he's greeting people around him he's also very quick to address issues that arise when he has a capabilities. He is probably the reason why I've stayed longer.”

He showed professionalism, expertise, and careful attention to detail, ensuring the air conditioning was properly repaired and reassuring us that he would return once the necessary parts arrived to complete one of the work orders that couldn’t be finished initially. Additionally, he offered advice on troubleshooting another work order that might need replacement if the problems persist. We greatly appreciated his thoroughness and persistence.
