Kiya showed her managerial skills by being very detailed the entire process, explaining different sizes of the units and pricing options which helped me in choosing a better fit for what & how much I was looking to store, addressing all questions and ensuring a smooth rental process. Her professionalism and positive attitude made me feel valued. I was incredibly impressed about how knowledgeable & kind she was during my visit and I definitely experienced exceptional customer service from Kiya and felt that she went above and beyond to assist me through out the process. Charles, Dominic, and Adrian were the utmost professionals, focused on moving my furniture and other household items with caution, and to ensure that everything was well protected. Despite the delay with the loading dock elevator, they were quick to find workarounds to ensure time was not wasted. Upon arrival in Fredericksburg, they quickly unloaded the truck, got everything into place and staged certain items that I had planned to take to Goodwill downstairs for my ease of transport to Goodwill. My wife and I chose this location based on reviews and a promotional event, and we've had our items in storage for over a year. I don't believe I ever got her name, but based on another recent review I assume the manager's name is Radhia. She helped us get signed up and has been very communicative if there was ever a need to be. Upon the move out process, Radhia provided top notch service even though we were no longer local to Alexandria. She deserves recognition for her customer service!”
