“Very clean facility and employees are nice and resourceful. Can’t lie, the bathroom was extremely clean for what I was expecting, (Zero hate. It’s kinda just assumed the bathroom isn’t the most maintained thing in a storage facility) down to toilet seat protectors. The employees are very respectful and there for you!”
“Excellent customer service. James, the Manager, is very accommodating, willing to assist if there is an issue, and discusses promotions on an ongoing basis. The facility is clean and well lit. I always felt safe even after hours and on weekends.”

“I had a wonderful first experience with Public Storage made possible by Stefon who was in the office. He was very respectful and extremely helpful. Hats off to him for making a pleasant experience”
“Thanks to the entire staff and management! This has been a great experience from the time I walked in to set up a reservation for a unit, all the way throughout the day I had my household goods placed inside my unit. Genuine hospitality! I appreciate you Mary-Joe and Mike!!
Thank you, from a service veteran!”
“I came to them because I had a bad case of mold in my car. Saw me the same day as I desperately needed it. Took about an hour and the car seat and carpet looked brand spanking new! Very affordable as well. He is also mobile so when he had to come through to finish the job, he came to me, worked with my schedule and is a man of his word. Even gave me a complimentary wash on my car for how long the wait was. Overall very pleased with his work ethic and service and will for sure be going back to him for a full detailing. ?”
“We've used Economy Storage for at least 10 years and never had an issue. The facility is clean, safe, and Robin is a wonderful manager. They work with you, and enable you to have the freedom to access your belongings at any time day or night. Highly recommend using this storage facility.”

“I was greeted with a friendly 'Hello!' upon entering the facility in Waldorf. Antwan was very helpful! He helped me with opening my unit and even swept out some debris right inside the door to my unit, since my unit is an exterior unit. He went above and beyond. Thank you Antwan :)!
Best regards,
Crystal”
