The facility itself is so clean and well organized, and the staff, Ken and May are super kind and professional! We were helped by Ken from the sign-up to the move-out process. He explained everything very clearly and sent us all documents via email as well, which were extremely helpful! Not only is Ken always prompt and attentive, but also he is such a genuinely nice person.We had to move out of the storage earlier than our plan because we’ll be out of town for a while, but once we are back, we definitely want to rent a storage here again.This is the best Extra Space Storage, and we highly recommend here!”

The web experience was good because it was straight-forward and easy to understand. I have had two conversations on the phone to coordinate the move in and both have been uniformly professional. The second conversation was one that I received unsolicited from Extra Space and was especially helpful in coordinating the process to take possession of the unit over a weekend. She was very patient, explained everything to me and even showed me their largest units. She was whom I had spoke with on the phone. The unit was clean, they had all the supplies I needed. I definitely would recommend this location to my friends and family.”

“Hands down the BEST storage in the DMV area! I initially needed a unit to house my things while away on business, chose a 5x15 which was exactly what I needed! The unit was clean and the property well maintained. The gate code ensures that not just anyone can enter and the locks they provide (for a small fee) are really Secure!! Another added level of security!I also ended up needing a garage to house my car. Unfortunately the phone rep from their call center sold me on a unit that ended up being WAY too small for my car.But Luckily, Josh was able to secure a 10x 20 that fit my car perfectly! What a life saver! Both the gentleman working there are extremely professional and really went above to make sure I was properly set up for my long term rental! Even going the extra mile to make sure the gate code worked before I left, which was helpful because the first time we tried it, it didn’t work! And a Lock tutorial! Btw, the one for the car garage is secure!Awesome experience and would definitely recommend Life Storage over any other!”

From the rep on the phone who helped me set up the account, to Oliver who was extremely helpful once I arrived, hands down the BEST experience ever!! “I had a tough situation whereas I needed some flexibility on move dates due to the sale and pending relocation for us, but these guys at A2b were great and very accommodating. They kept in touch with us for coordination of the move and also stayed in contact to let us know when they expected to show up on moving day. And they were on target.Since we moved from Nothern VA to Florida and we didn't have enough stuff for a full truck, they did their best to line up another load going south so we only had to wait a little over two weeks before our stuff showed up. It could have taken up to 90 days, per the contract, but they were great about doing everything they could to speed things up. When they arrived in Florida to our storage unit (we are waiting for our house being built to be completed) they did great moving things into storage for us, having some local guys show up to help unload. Everything went very smoothly. I can recommend them!”
