“Amazing customer service! Needed a smaller unit and was able to pay and start moving things in on the first day! The building is SOOO clean and I had no trouble entering or exiting the premises. If you need a storage unit quick this is the place to go!”
“This young lady Samra was nice to help me out. I accidentally lost the other keys. She helped me out with a new lock. And the place looks wonderful. My steward's bin is pretty stacked full to the gil. We might have to take some out to look for what we're looking for.”

Thanks for making this so easy!”
“Great experience over all. Access was easy and I felt like my belongings were safe and secure. I wish the monthly rental fee didn’t go up but otherwise I would use extra space again”

“Not only is the storage facility excellent (clean, well ventilated, air conditioned and heated, as appropriate) it is convenient to the Beltway, easy - but safe - in and out, and well lit. Equally as important, the staff, especially Sally, go above and beyond to make sure you are fitted with exactly what you need when you need it. I highly recommend Sally and the team at CubeSmart on Eisenhower Avenue.”
“My experience5/5 Stars - Smooth and Professional!
I am very impressed with the customer service that I received, at this location. The check-in process was seamless, with Rob, the on site staff. He's answered all of my questions with patience and a great attitude. Rob showed me a unit that perfectly fits my needs! They really take pride in keeping the property clean and looking after their customers safety, and, wellbeing while visiting the site.”

Because of her, I was finally able to solve an issue that would have caused me weeks and months of stress. She truly helped me find the missing piece to the puzzle!

“For some reason could not get the Bluetooth to link with the gate opening device other than that, it was a pleasant experience, clean, well-maintained facility, and located my locker rather quickly”

“I haven’t moved my stuff in yet but the rental process was quick and efficient. Big s/o to Brian who helped make this process supper easy and answered all my questions. Hopefully the move in will be just as easy.”
“A2B Movers moved me from Arlington to Fredericksburg and the experience was absolutely outstanding. Charles, Dominic, and Adrian were the utmost professionals, focused on moving my furniture and other household items with caution, and to ensure that everything was well protected. Despite the delay with the loading dock elevator, they were quick to find workarounds to ensure time was not wasted. Upon arrival in Fredericksburg, they quickly unloaded the truck, got everything into place and staged certain items that I had planned to take to Goodwill downstairs for my ease of transport to Goodwill. As a result of their exceptional service, professionalism, care, and expertise, I highly recommend A2B Moving company and specifically these three gentlemen.
I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge both the gentleman who scheduled me as well as the dispatcher. They both were professional and ensured all my requirements were captured and met. So, if you are moving, check these guys out, you will not be disappointed.”
“Easy to book. Justin was very thorough and showed me the unit assigned to me to verify the unit would work before moving forward with my booking. The process of getting my account set up was seamless and the pricing on the units are good and comparable for the area. Location was clean and in an easily accessible area.”

“I’ve had a great experience renting here. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the excellent customer service. Janae was incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. She made the entire rental process easy and stress-free.
