“My wife and I were in need of several appliances. Katelyn greeted us promptly and professionally. We needed a dish washer, washer dryer combo and a double oven. Katelyn went over many different optionss and models for us to choose from, she was very knowledgeable. Our house was built in 1970 the double oven is a small 24” version that is no longer a standard size or available. I gave Katelyn the dimensions of ours. She found the next best size. Unfortunately for us we have to have our custom cherry cabinets modified. Katelyn arranged for us to have a professional come to our house and measure for modifications for a proper fit. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our treatment from Katelyn and the Bray and Scarff team. Thank you Katelyn!!! Ask for her when you shop there! 5 stars!”

They also offer good advice on how to keep my prized vacuum out of their store (although I am sure I will find a way to clog it up again and need to return). I drive 30 miles to get their store when near me there are other similar businesses--but none like this one.”

Done the latter and had the wrong part come a couple times - order one part and get something different. These guys are knowledgeable and really helpful. “I rented a pump, for like 20 min, as I got a call on the drive home to return it to Home Depot. BG, the rental counter guy, that helped me check it out was on the phone when I came back, so I returned it to another associate. The next day, wo me asking, HD refunded me my $75! I appreciate that someone noticed my 20 min rental and did something about it! I should note, BG was smooth as silk: He was 100% efficient, and I had the pump and hose in my hands out the door super quick, oh, and he answered my questions about deposits, debit cards and hose included... I'll return now for the trench rental for sure.”

I stopped in to have my screen protector replaced, and Maheen was already helping another customer, an elderly woman who needed quite a bit of help getting an iPad set up. What really stood out to me was how patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful she was with her. She never rushed her or made her feel like she was taking too much time.

At the same time, Maheen made sure to acknowledge me and let me know she would help me as soon as she could. She even tried calling for someone else to assist me, but the store was busy. Once she was available, she took care of what I needed and was just as friendly and professional with me.

Employees like Maheen are the reason people come back to Best Buy instead of simply ordering everything online. Great customer service isn’t just about getting something done quickly - it’s about how you treat people, especially when you’re busy and being pulled in multiple directions. Maheen handled it perfectly.
