Done the latter and had the wrong part come a couple times - order one part and get something different. These guys are knowledgeable and really helpful. The price was good and the dryer was fixed the same day - happy wife. Highly recommend you give Trible's Inc Associate Store a visit for your appliance repair needs!”

“Whether it’s car detailing supplies,a propane tank exchange, or lightbulbs, this location always has some of the best prices and always has some of the best customer service. The people in the stores know what they are talking about and know where to find anything you need. I have had to return a couple things for various reasons but anytime I have their return process has always been short and quick.”

“I rented a pump, for like 20 min, as I got a call on the drive home to return it to Home Depot. BG, the rental counter guy, that helped me check it out was on the phone when I came back, so I returned it to another associate. The next day, wo me asking, HD refunded me my $75! I appreciate that someone noticed my 20 min rental and did something about it! I should note, BG was smooth as silk: He was 100% efficient, and I had the pump and hose in my hands out the door super quick, oh, and he answered my questions about deposits, debit cards and hose included... I'll return now for the trench rental for sure.”
“I had a fantastic experience with Maheen at Best Buy and wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves.
I stopped in to have my screen protector replaced, and Maheen was already helping another customer, an elderly woman who needed quite a bit of help getting an iPad set up. What really stood out to me was how patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful she was with her. She never rushed her or made her feel like she was taking too much time.
At the same time, Maheen made sure to acknowledge me and let me know she would help me as soon as she could. She even tried calling for someone else to assist me, but the store was busy. Once she was available, she took care of what I needed and was just as friendly and professional with me.
Employees like Maheen are the reason people come back to Best Buy instead of simply ordering everything online. Great customer service isn’t just about getting something done quickly - it’s about how you treat people, especially when you’re busy and being pulled in multiple directions. Maheen handled it perfectly.

“It is hard to find a local business that, pound for pound, is better than the Vacuum Store. They know their products--and how to fix them. They also offer good advice on how to keep my prized vacuum out of their store (although I am sure I will find a way to clog it up again and need to return). I drive 30 miles to get their store when near me there are other similar businesses--but none like this one.”
