The people in the stores know what they are talking about and know where to find anything you need. I have had to return a couple things for various reasons but anytime I have their return process has always been short and quick.”

The company overall was experiencing IT issues that created a stressful situation regarding my purchase, and they both went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they were kind and empathetic at a time when I really needed it. Additionally, the two gentlemen who delivered our washer were absolutely fantastic. “Great place, my only critique would be how annoying it is that they have two registers, and one has a ridiculous shield over the counter. It makes placing larger items on the counter impossible and taxing to get them scanned. I asked the cashier why one has a shield, and the other counter doesn't. She replied that it is for employees that feel "safer" with the shield. So, I guess Covid is still thriving on one half of the store, but not the other...”
