“Went in for a return and new purchase. The customer service desk was expedient and amicable! We used the phone app to locate our product and it was exactly where it was supposed to be. Store was clean and had wide enough aisles for me in my electric wheelchair.”

They've got a food truck in front taking up the main front parking spaces. Very poor planning, also blaring horrible music with a loud smelly diesel engine.. perhaps plan this scenario better? Very clearly not the match anyone was looking for”
“The return department at Home Depot is outstanding. I dealt with the lady named Patty and she did everything that was necessary to get my return taken care of. I did not have a box nor did I have a receipt. She helped me look it up and get it taken care of the manager Alexis is also great.”
“I rented a pump, for like 20 min, as I got a call on the drive home to return it to Home Depot. BG, the rental counter guy, that helped me check it out was on the phone when I came back, so I returned it to another associate. The next day, wo me asking, HD refunded me my $75! I appreciate that someone noticed my 20 min rental and did something about it! I should note, BG was smooth as silk: He was 100% efficient, and I had the pump and hose in my hands out the door super quick, oh, and he answered my questions about deposits, debit cards and hose included... I'll return now for the trench rental for sure.”

“Quality of the tools isn't the best....only reason for 4 stars. If its a tool that you need but dont use all the time this place is very budget friendly. I tend to get supplies i.e. zip ties gloves etc”
