If I could give truist bank a 0 I would, I was scamed and pay twice for a market place lady, and MY bank truist couldn't even help and protect me, and the manger for the fraud department on line , wouldn't help after so many promises, what a disappointment, my other bank helped me so money time against fraud!!!!

I went to this location trying to open a checking account and a woman named Lily told I had to do it online. After informing her I already tried that without any luck she just told me to come back some other time. Terrible customer service.

There’s one female teller at this branch who is always rude and difficult to deal with. She doesn’t listen and makes things more complicated than they need to be.
