“Recycles Bikes is great! I bought a used Raleigh M40 hybrid bike from Matt last month and was very happy with the result. Matt took the time to evaluate an older bike I'd brought in for an inspection and quote and determined that it would basically cost the same to fix the old bike as to buy the Raleigh. Once we fitted me for a bike, it became clear the Raleigh was the way to go, as the fit was much better than on the bike I'd brought in. Matt also agreed to hold the Raleigh for me for over a week, as I was out of town and unable to pick it up.

After taking the Raleigh on a test ride around my neighborhood, I noticed that there were some things not quite right (dented rim, issues with front and rear derailleur, left pedal hitting kickstand). I took the bike back to Matt and he fixed me up, including by replacing my front rim entirely, totally free of charge! Couldn't ask for anything more.
