Costco is a members‑only warehouse selling a huge variety of items including bulk groceries, electronics and more. The Frederick location is busy all the time, tight crowds, extremely long lines and the insanely packed parking lot from opening to closing. The warehouse is well‑stocked, well organized and the staff is helpful and courteous. Costco has a great return policy and a Gold Star membership. Customers appreciate that the warehouse is always busy and crowded, sometimes out of Kirkland Vitamin water but better stocked recently. Customers wish later weekend hours.
It's Costco! The best pizza you will find for under $10 and worth a bit of a wait for the best gas prices you will find for many miles. And it wouldn't be Costco without $4.99 rotisserie chicken.

The team members are very polite and helpful! It is very appreciated when they actually take me to the item that I have already been searching for and getting frustrated! Outstanding customer service!
