“Giving this a 5 star review for two reasons. First, the attendants here are always friendly and able to help if you're having trouble with you pump. Second, you can now use the Sam's club app to pay for gas. No longer need to always have your membership card with you. To pay in the app you click more, then select Fuel. This will allow you to scan the QR code on the gas pump and pay with whatever card is linked to your Sam's Club app. If you don't want to pay with the card on file you can of course opt out and scan a different credit card at the pump.If you're like me and hate carrying around tons of different credit and membership cards, try the app, it makes fueling up at the club way easier!”

She brought out my curbside pick up and when I questioned the quality of the bagged salad she happily asked if I would like her to exchange it. I know she had to go to the back of the store to retrieve a new bag ( which looked totally fresh) and I asked for her name because she went above and beyond in my opinion and did it all with a beautiful smile. “I’m being nice ,but it’s taken me since 6:00 this morning to check out. Because of this I can’t pick up my order until tomorrow. I’m not sure what’s going on but something’s messed up. It shouldn’t take 3&1/2 hours to check out. First I was on the app ,then to the web site , & finally went to Facebook & picked a tire sale. Finally got through. Shouldn’t be so hard & long. I know I’m ranting,but because of personal reasons I have trouble getting to the store, this has been a godsend to me. Everyone is so sweet ,but the app is ticking me off. Thank you”

“I love how sparkling clean and organized this store is. So far I have not waited in line or suffered any problems. Weekdays there are snarling lines and now you can use the app for scan and go if you want to. The meat and cheese departments are the only areas where I ever encounter multiple shoppers. Masks/Covid: Everyone is masked up. Location wise I'd prefer an easier in and out regarding traffic but everything retail seems to be Urbana Pike area near the mall.”
