βI bought a cast iron enameled Dutch oven. It had a small chip on one of the handles which I didn't notice but the cashier did and pointed it out. I said I didn't really care since it wouldn't affect the cooking, but he took off $5 anyway which I did not ask for. I appreciated the honesty and going out of his way for the customer, and I will definitely be back!β
βI went into the female restroom today and it was immaculate. I have NEVER seen the Boscovs restroom as clean as it has been in the last 4-6 weeks. I do not know if they are under new management or what is going on but it LOOKS GREAT. The whole store looks like it has gotten a makeover. The walls, escalator and lobbies look great!!β
βI had a very pleasant experience at Kohl's Store 0350 - Frederick, MD. This was actually my second shopping trip in March 2025. After completing the feedback form, I also want to thank the ladies who assisted me with clothes selection and checkout. βPX has clothing and sales, barber shop, alterations, class VI, fast food and gas. Staff is top notch and will order if they do not have items in stock. 4 stars instead of 5 because though itβs tax free, many of the items you can find on other websites/stores for a cheaper price.β

Ms. Shahida R. always delivers and does an EXCELLENT work on my hair. If you have short hair, Shahida is your BEST hairstylist in JCP hair salon in Frederick, MD. Shahidaβs been cutting my hair for about 3 years now and I follow her wherever she goes. When she left Ulta to JCP, I did not mind the longer drive because sheβs that good and amazing! ? Itβs hard to find a hairstylist that is good with short hair. Sheβs artistic and will give an honest and confident advice whatβs best for your hair and overall facial features on both cut and color/highlights. On a personal note, she is so polite, very nice, and the sweetest person. And most especially, She CARES about her customers and TAKES PRIDE in her work. She will not stop until she is satisfied and happy with her work and you will leave the salon with a big smile, feeling good and beautifulβ¦. Not to forget compliments from other clients and stylist on your way out. ??β

βMy favorite thing about Tractor Supply on Devilbiss Bridge Road in Frederick Maryland is that there is always someone there to help me find something or to answer questions! The employees are professional and genuinely kind! James was very patient and understanding with a purchase and return. The store is organized and clean which is always a plus!β

βWould give it 5 stars if they would hire more weekend staff. The checkout lines are usually very long, which stresses out employees and makes the customer experience negative - after working a decade in retail, I know how that feels.β
βI love this Target because it's clean, and stuff is organized. They are well staffed. Employees are kinda helpful and friendly. They get you in and out quickly. They don't force you to do self check out. Yall know I cringe at that. It's not my job to do your job, Target! I have 0 patience for using a register, and no I have 0 patience to wait to get the check out monitor to help. Here they have registers open at least 3!. Fitting rooms are clean, and organized. I never have to walk in and see a messing room. They do price adjustments if you see something cheaper elsewhere without giving you a hard time. They keep their parking lot clean. I rarely see carts scattered all over.β
βTotally impressed. We have not been to a mall or JcPenny in years. We were pleasantly surprised with the selections and quality. We did all of our vacation clothing purchases in 1 spot.β

βI use my Walmart membership to order on-line for either curb-side pick up or shipping. I also order delivery at times I can't drive to the store. They bring my groceries in and are very courteous and helpful. I prefer their service to Amazon and most anything you can order from one is available at the other.β
βAbsolutely the best experience ever! We drove to Frederick for the weekend get away and as faith had it we found parking right in front of this beautiful shop ! From the moment we walked in we were greeted very warmly . We bought gorgeous apricot rose floral candle and cutest faux fern , there is soooooo much to love in that shop . We will definitely come back . We also got so many amazing local recommendations - loved our whole experience there .β
βSuper clean Sam's club. It is like an introverts Costco since there is much less people. I love the food court. The food prices cannot be beat! 89 cents for a slushie!!! Yes please! I definitely like the pizza better than Costco pizza. The pizza is thinner and tastier. I also got the cinnamon pretzel that I wouldn't really get again. The dough was lacking flavor and didn't really do it for me. You can specify if you want salted or cinnamon sugar pretzel. This location has Sam's club gas!β
βI bought the best looking, under the seat - London Fog Travel Bag at Macy's & got a huge discount....have you seen Macy's lately......time to shop ladies & see what customer service looks like....go Macy's!!β
βShirley is always a delight making sure customers get what we need. This morning she went out of her way to get me some help with a storage bin. βThe store put up temporary partitions to use less shopping area. The store was well stocked. It was obvious they received a shipment within the last 2 days. Lucky for me, because they had a lot of Nike shoes for male and female adukts.β

βLove this place. Nice selection of mid priced gear and freeze dried food. Fuel canisters .... tons of clothes for outdoor activities. Other stuff as well. If you like to hunt through clothes. This is the place. Didn't realize Marshall's and I think Homegoods. Are all the same.β
