“We went into Kay’s because the Leo diamond on my ring was loose. We live in a remote location in Alaska and are not able to get the ring serviced there. We are visiting for a limited time as was told it would not be ready until January 11th. They didn’t even try to problem solve. We walked across the street to Jared worried that I couldn’t get my ring serviced. As soon as we walked in Alexis came to the rescue. Not only is my ring going to be ready before we leave, she made some recommendations to reinforce the diamond. While we waited Rebecca and Beth helped me find my husband a beautiful gold chain for Christmas. They helped me find the best one based off my price range.
