In store inventory has diminished in recent years. So much has to be ordered online, which doesn't work well when you have odd projects and need to compare different options.

I went there for a door catch. The Man in the door section said that they do not have it there. I knew that they did. So I looked around and found exactly what I was looking for and exactly what the Man said that they didn't have!

Customer service sucked !! I was at the store several times, and each time, I found what I needed on my own. One time tgere the ayiung lady helped me. That's was the one-time and only time. If that store was close to.my house, i wouldn't visit it ever
