The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and genuinely kind. It’s dog-friendly (they happily let both of us hang out in the waiting room), the coffee is solid, and the conversation was even better. Robert at the counter in particular was an absolute delight to talk with.
Yes, I failed the inspection due to exterior aftermarket parts. In a perfect world, a quick glance at the vehicle would’ve prompted someone to say, “Hey, heads up. This one’s not going to pass,” and save me the $100 and three hours. That would’ve been ideal. But watching how the team interacts with every customer, hearing the fair pricing, and feeling that genuine warm welcome more than made up for it. These folks deserve more than five stars.”

“Very friendly staff, and they don't typically try to overcharge you on anything. For example, I requested a tire rotation however when they checked the tread depth, all 4 tires were wearing evenly, and so they told me it was unnecessary instead of just doing it anyways for the money. The only thing they tried to sell me on was an engine flush which is *not* recommended by Toyota despite that employee's claim it is (I checked the owners manual twice on this).
Otherwise they changed the oil way faster than expected, double checked the oil level after topping off, and had a viewing screen where you can watch the tech under your car do his thing. He also double checked that the drain plug bolt was in place tightly. I appreciate the double checks. That's always nice to see.
Overall probably the best place to get an oil change in Frederick. It's a bit more expensive, but it's worth the trip as they're super helpful, fast, and honest.”

Are they the most expensive? No. Are they the cheapest? No. They are a great value because they will give you simple, direct honesty about what your vehicle needs. Sometimes you can wait for a while on something; sometimes you really just need to get it done. Ron and the team at R&R are super friendly, happy-go-lucky folks who will treat you like family. You won't regret taking your car to the shop that doesn't suck!”
