“If I could rate Auto Enhancements 6 Stars I def would! I've been getting oil changes, tires, brakes & all maintenance completed by their shop team for the last 22 years, and they have worked on 4 of my cars, all different makes except for my Lexus & Toyota. Even when I dated a mechanic, I still brought my vehicles to this shop! When the Turbo blew out on my AWD Eagle Talon, they rebuilt it and did an immaculate job. When the frame rusted, they gently nudged me to get a newer vehicle for my own safety. I feel safe in my vehicles knowing that all work done on them is to the highest standards, by experienced mechanics. Other shops I've called in a pinch have said they are too busy to help me, which sucks when your car isn't working! Auto Enhancements' team will get you a ride when necessary because they understand you have other responsibilities while your vehicle is with them for service & they will not leave you stranded on a weekday! Do not hesitate to contact them for an honest assessment & estimate for any of your vehicle repair needs. You can also ask about specials, because generally there is at least 1 to select when you are getting other maintenance done anyway. Highly recommend, their customer service is straightforward and professional always. I cannot thank their team enough for the consistent service and value they provide to me as a longtime customer. “Back in August I bought a used car from a dealer in Frederick, Maryland, I noticed that one of the Daytime running lights wasn't working, the dealer uses Tire Pros for service work, I called and was connected with Rico,he set up an appointment to fix the problem. I took the car in , Rico greeted me got my car in the shop and it was determined that a whole new headlight was needed, which had to be ordered. That took a week, the part arrived and Rico called me and set up an appointment to install the new light, unfortunately the wrong part was sent. Rico was very apologetic. Rico went to his manager and got permission to get the new light locally rather than use the first supplier, so there would be less wait time, the new light came and was installed promptly. My car is a 2020 sadan, I was having trouble understanding some of the features on the car. Rico took the time to explain those features and how to use them, that's above and beyond in my opinion. I commend Rico for his outstanding customer service skills, his professional and friendly service. Also Honorable mention to Lynn the receptionist for making me feel welcome while I waited for my car.Excellent experience.”

He was very communicative and responsive. The front desk, Jessica was very courteous and helpful. Overall great experience with location. I'm a prior customer and have had my tires purchased here since 2019.”
