“I wound up in a position no one wants to find themselves in...I was broken down while driving from Baltimore to Southern West Virginia. After a lot of "no"s from other service centers when I inquired about same day inspection, Roy's gave me a much needed "yes". The mechanic was thorough, super informative, did not talk down to us or try to upsale. Infact, he had the kindness to tell me if I could get it back to Baltimore, that would be my best bet. He knew keeping it there to have them service it would mean a weekend in a hotel in Hagerstown (he even made a great Mr. Deeds joke about it). Being that my car is a Kia, he also knew that I might be able to have them cover services, due to on going engine issues with Kias. A small adjustment was made to help get it home and I was charged way less than I thought I would be.All in all, I could not have gotten luckier with my service provider in this tense situation.”

“Legit the best place I’ve been too in WV where I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off! No appt needed! All you have to do is drive THRU and you’re done in less than 20mins. The guys were so knowledgeable and I even got a free car wash!!! I will be back for sure”
