Yes, I failed the inspection due to exterior aftermarket parts. In a perfect world, a quick glance at the vehicle would’ve prompted someone to say, “Hey, heads up. This one’s not going to pass,” and save me the $100 and three hours. That would’ve been ideal. But watching how the team interacts with every customer, hearing the fair pricing, and feeling that genuine warm welcome more than made up for it. These folks deserve more than five stars.”

I was looking to get my upgraded 21” wheels mounted with the new tires for a place and every other place had their own big agenda while Don simply welcomed me to get the job done. They have the right tools and the expertise. He’d take you in if there is room to help you out while other places push you away giving days or weeks away from the day you need help. “Absolute top-notch service. I went here about 30 minutes prior to closing and was taken care of promptly by Darren and his crew. Had 4 new tires installed plus wheel alignment in about 1 hour. The crew definitely had to stay past closing to get it all done and I really appreciated Mr. Tire on N. East St. for doing that. “I’ve had two visits to the Costco Tire Center in 2025—once in February for a full set of new tires on my Mazda SUV, and again more recently for a tire rotation. Overall, I’d say the experience is positive, with a few quirks worth noting for first-time visitors.
Booking & Pricing:
Scheduling an appointment online was quick and straightforward. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the solid mileage warranty that comes with Costco tires. That, combined with the value of the included rotation and balancing services, makes it a smart long-term investment.
Service & Staff:
The front desk team is friendly and professional, but definitely not in a rush. While they’re diligent in their paperwork, expect a slower pace and minimal engagement until their current task is complete. If you’re on a tight schedule, this may not be the place for a quick in-and-out visit.
Scheduling Tip:
Here’s the important part: although appointments are booked for specific times, service is still conducted on a first come, first served basis. When I arrived at 10:00 a.m. for my scheduled time, I found myself behind six others with the same appointment slot—resulting in several hours of wait time. On my return visit, I arrived at 9:30 for my 10:00 a.m. appointment and was second in line, which made a big difference in turnaround time. Knowing this in advance will help you better plan your visit.
Costco Tire Center offers great value, friendly staff, and quality tires—but be prepared to exercise some patience. If you plan ahead and arrive early, you’ll likely have a much smoother experience.”
“Got a flat tire nearby and they got us in last minute (like literally 30 min before they closed) on a Friday night. I had two little kids with me and their willingness to take us and help us get it in good enough condition to drive home was beyond appreciated. Can’t thank Ben enough for taking us on.
