“After taking my vehicle here a few times, I have been impressed by this shop’s attention to detail. Although I don’t always take repair suggestions, I am happy to know nothing goes unnoticed here. I love that I can view a detailed online report before picking up too! My only complaint would be that there are cheaper shops around. But I trust these guys the most. “If I could rate Auto Enhancements 6 Stars I def would! I've been getting oil changes, tires, brakes & all maintenance completed by their shop team for the last 22 years, and they have worked on 4 of my cars, all different makes except for my Lexus & Toyota. Even when I dated a mechanic, I still brought my vehicles to this shop! When the Turbo blew out on my AWD Eagle Talon, they rebuilt it and did an immaculate job. When the frame rusted, they gently nudged me to get a newer vehicle for my own safety. I feel safe in my vehicles knowing that all work done on them is to the highest standards, by experienced mechanics. Other shops I've called in a pinch have said they are too busy to help me, which sucks when your car isn't working! Auto Enhancements' team will get you a ride when necessary because they understand you have other responsibilities while your vehicle is with them for service & they will not leave you stranded on a weekday! Do not hesitate to contact them for an honest assessment & estimate for any of your vehicle repair needs. You can also ask about specials, because generally there is at least 1 to select when you are getting other maintenance done anyway. Highly recommend, their customer service is straightforward and professional always. I cannot thank their team enough for the consistent service and value they provide to me as a longtime customer. “I had a wheel stud break, and was recommended by roadside assistance to come visit this shop. I called other shops in the area, they quoted me 24+ hours on the repair. I came first thing in the morning, and they told me where to grab the part for their service. They fit me in their schedule, and got me in and out in 20 minutes for $20. Staff was beyond friendly, prices are beyond fair, service is way better than any shop I've been to here in MI. I would recommend anyone and everyone in the area to come here and support these guys.”

“South Side Tire & Auto is top-notch! My son had a flat and there was no way he could sustain riding on a donut with his daily commute (Baltimore City to Frederick), so I had to make my way around an unfamiliar town (Frederick) -- tried Costco, and a few other tire places and ended up at South Side, ... they made me feel right at home. South Side didn't have the tire size in stock but they helped me out by directing me to a tire shop/warehouse who had it in stock. After purchasing the tire I went directly back to South Side to have them mount and balance the tire , ... Not only did remove the old tire and mount the new tire for a reasonable price, they even called a few days later to see how my son's was commute was from Baltimore City to Frederick! Who does that? Highly recommend this small company!!”

“I took a set of MT drag radials in to have them balanced, because my car had a really bad shake to it. I called and spoke with Ronnie in the morning and I told him what was going on, and he told me to bring the tires in. And within minutes of arriving at his shop, he had Dave from the back come up and get my tires on the balancer. After about 10 minutes I was all set. Now this is what I call good service from a great company. BTW-my car rides smooth now and I couldn’t be any happier. Thank a lot Ronnie/Dave, you guys are great!!”

“Back in August I bought a used car from a dealer in Frederick, Maryland, I noticed that one of the Daytime running lights wasn't working, the dealer uses Tire Pros for service work, I called and was connected with Rico,he set up an appointment to fix the problem. I took the car in , Rico greeted me got my car in the shop and it was determined that a whole new headlight was needed, which had to be ordered. That took a week, the part arrived and Rico called me and set up an appointment to install the new light, unfortunately the wrong part was sent. Rico was very apologetic. Rico went to his manager and got permission to get the new light locally rather than use the first supplier, so there would be less wait time, the new light came and was installed promptly. My car is a 2020 sadan, I was having trouble understanding some of the features on the car. Rico took the time to explain those features and how to use them, that's above and beyond in my opinion. I commend Rico for his outstanding customer service skills, his professional and friendly service. Also Honorable mention to Lynn the receptionist for making me feel welcome while I waited for my car.Excellent experience.”

“I’m being nice ,but it’s taken me since 6:00 this morning to check out. Because of this I can’t pick up my order until tomorrow. I’m not sure what’s going on but something’s messed up. It shouldn’t take 3&1/2 hours to check out. First I was on the app ,then to the web site , & finally went to Facebook & picked a tire sale. Finally got through. Shouldn’t be so hard & long. I know I’m ranting,but because of personal reasons I have trouble getting to the store, this has been a godsend to me. Everyone is so sweet ,but the app is ticking me off. Thank you”
