They made everything so easy and answered all my questions in a professional friendly customer service way. “The ladies in the office are AWEsome, they are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The facility is clean and the storage units are also clean and well maintained. The price is slightly more expensive than other places, however, their rent NEVER CHANGES! I tried another storage facility and my rent increased 5 times within 1 year!”

Rain and storms took out internet and phone at the location, but over 48 hours we managed to stay upbeat and positive and found out we both came from the same part of NJ!!! However, the nicest people at Grimm’s made the experience so much easier and even went so far as to call the insurance company for me and did their best to help me through the process of getting my car moved to a collision center. I so appreciate their kindness during a very frustrating and overwhelming time.”
