“My experience with Extra Space Storage in Frederick Maryland was fantastic from the start of a phone call inquirying what is available and specific cost to then meeting at the front desk office getting directions to my new storage unit. They made everything so easy and answered all my questions in a professional friendly customer service way. I am very impressed with the website with the details of size and explaination video of what will fit, as I am a visual person, it made my stress level at ease. I love that they have multi locations in many states too!

I was with your place thru three name changes never missed a payment and for the long length of time it should mean something ? maybe..”

“The ladies in the office are AWEsome, they are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The facility is clean and the storage units are also clean and well maintained. The price is slightly more expensive than other places, however, their rent NEVER CHANGES! I tried another storage facility and my rent increased 5 times within 1 year!”
“Out of all the units I've had this is THE ONE I can say actually cares about your belongings will look out if they can & your monthly rates does not just change month by month after being told one price which is a blessing . Quick and easy process & the best part it is 24 hour access to your unit no need to wait till the morning when the facility opens .”

However, the nicest people at Grimm’s made the experience so much easier and even went so far as to call the insurance company for me and did their best to help me through the process of getting my car moved to a collision center. I so appreciate their kindness during a very frustrating and overwhelming time.”
