It offers a wide selection of products, from clothing, backpacks, sleeping bags, tents, and climbing gear to an extensive array of both technical and casual footwear. The store has a great selection of everything you’d need to spend time outdoors, including hiking clothing, jackets, coats, gloves, socks, hiking poles, books, and maps. The kind, friendly, and wonderful staff provides excellent service. They are helpful and knowledgeable, offering fit advice and going out of their way to assist customers. The shop dog is also noted as being sweet. Customers report traveling specifically to visit for their hiking needs due to the high quality of service. It is described as an all-around great shop, one of the best Frederick has to offer, and a highly recommended place to visit for outdoor gear.
Great small business with excellent selection of the most practical trail items. More important, the store representatives were incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Paid a little more than at a big store or online, but the service and assured quality of the items, makes it worth it.
