“Prompt, professional and responsive to my requests. Thorough inspections and quick follow ups/reinspections. Timely documentation and reports. Top Shelf, friendly shop - I will continue to have them help me maintain my vehicles!”
“Even while short-staffed, Jim at Advance Automotive Repair went above and beyond. He seamlessly received my tires, changed the oil, and took care of everything my car needed without missing a beat. The quality of service and professionalism never wavered—he treated my vehicle with the same attention and care as if he had a whole team behind him. It's rare to find someone so dependable and committed in today’s fast-paced world. Highly recommend Jim and his shop to anyone looking for top-notch automotive service!”
“Had my Subaru in to evaluate transmission slipping. Not the diagnosis I hoped for but found Nick to be very honest and helpful. He seems very knowledgeable also.”
“I agree with another poster who said Rosemont Service Station is the best service experience I've ever had. Steve is not only a very competent mechanic but also personable and willing to listen and work with you on needed repairs (which are urgent, which can wait, etc.). The older man (maybe the owner?) that works inside isn't much of a customer service type of person, but I can overlook that for the sheer quality of the work, ability to get you in and out quickly, and reasonable prices. I also won't get gas anywhere else, because they're generally lower than any other station in the area, and for literally MONTHS they kept their price for unleaded at $2.99, when everyone else kept going up and down in the low-to-mid $3.00 range. I sincerely hope doing that has increased their business, because they absolutely deserve it! I will still get my gas from them even if once and a while they are a few cents higher than other stations (because that is truly "keeping your money local"), and they've certainly got a customer for life. WELL DONE, ROSEMONT!”
“Great shop with very knowledgeable staff. Brought my ram 1500 In for a couple of problems with They shaking the steering wheel and a fuel cap sensor issue and they were able to diagnose and resolve all problems while working successfully with my warranty company.
Would recommend and I will probably be continuing to use them in the future whenever possible”
“I’ve had a handful issues with my ‘05 lesaber since I’ve gotten it from my grandparents, and as a young college student, I’m always afraid of the worst case scenario in terms of what I can afford to be repaired. As soon as my usual mechanic recognized it was a transmission issue (which they don’t work on transmissions), I was in a panic to find another shop I could trust. I was recommended to Bill & Earl’s from a friend, and it was the best place I could’ve went to.
David worked on my car and was quick to answer the phone with my barrage of questions. He was done the same day I took it in, and identified my issue as a very dirty transmission filter. He was super honest, and took me for a drive with my car before and after, and it runs and drives a world’s difference better. I’m so thrilled my car will get to live another day! I will continue to go here for any transmission needs I may have!”
“Took and Audi Q5 in for a big service, transmission flush, spark plugs, brakes, oil change. Upfront quote was steep, but the cost was scaled down as they looked at the issues, only needed brakes on rear and no need to do coolant flush... No up selling or unnecessary work which I respect. Cost for oil change is half Audi service, and brakes about 35% cheaper. Bargain!”
