“I just have to say, the team at Han's Auto Body is absolutely top-notch. I recently had my 2025 Cadillac Optiq in for some work, and the experience was just fantastic from start to finish. “I would like to give a raving review to Karen Kliaz! He assisted me with the purchase of my used 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I live out of state and found the vehicle on the dealership website. Karen responded to my inquiry immediately and answered all my questions promptly and diligently. He coordinated all of my paperwork ahead of time, so when I flew in a couple of days later, everything was prepared and ready to go.
I also had the privilege of chatting with Karen in person for an extended time, and he is truly a wonderful young professional who genuinely cares about his customers.

“Fitzgerald Subaru Service in Gaithersburg is excellent and the staff all helpful and friendly. However, the scheduling center leaves much to be desired. The first person I spoke with to make an appointment was so rude to me. What is interesting is she said the first availability for an oil change was 11:30 am on the day I requested, so I said okay I will take that appointment. After getting her rude tone of voice after I asked some simple questions (such as if I could drop the car off in the morning and get it back before 3 or 4), I asked to speak to someone in service so I could find out what else my car needed. After speaking to the service advisor he transferred me back to the schedulers because the rude woman did not schedule me. Lucky for me, I got a different woman who was said the first availability is 9:15 am. So it was only two minutes since the first scheduler said she only had 11:30 am open. I hate calling the schedulers at Fitzgerald. You never know if you will speak to someone who is rude or who is helpful. But those working in the service department are all great.”

“If you go to this location, only work with Kristen Ravarra. The first time I went to this location, I had someone else, and received less than stellar service. I did not plan on coming back because of that, but I unexpectedly had to take my car in on short notice, and this location was the only place that could get me in. Kristen was the person I worked with, and she completely changed my mind about this location. She was respectful, very knowledgeable, kind, and went out of her way to help me. I will come back to this location, but only if I can work with Kristen again! I would not bother with anyone else there!”

“I brought my 2016 WRX here for repairs through Allstate, and I honestly cannot recommend this shop enough. As a car enthusiast, I’ve had some really poor experiences with other body shops in the past regarding workmanship and professionalism, so I was hesitant to try a new place. This shop completely changed my perspective.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. You can tell they have a great team dynamic here—when I went to pick up the car, the mechanic was blasting music in the bay and the office staff didn't mind at all; it just felt like a team that actually enjoys working together, which usually translates to better work.
The results speak for themselves. The paint match is absolutely perfect against the pre-existing panels, which isn't easy to do on this car. “My bmw car was hit in DC and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance and GEICO sent me to Car Collison in Maryland. The drop off process was extremely easy and they gave me an estimate and took my car and gave me a time frame of when to expect the car and I left it with them.
Without asking, they provided me with text picture updates on the status of my car and in the text messages informed me that the car would be finished on time.
When I picked up the car, we went over it and it looked brand new.
When I got home I realized that one of my back windows wasn’t working properly and I called them.
I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up as scheduled and within 15 minutes they had corrected the problem.
They were very friendly and extremely professional to work with and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work on the car but more importantly I loved the service and updates they provided to me.
I would utilize their services again and recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with getting their car fixed.”
