“I used to live right across from Flower Hill Automotive, but I’ve moved to VA and I still drive all the way to MD for them to work on my car. They are extremely honest; they do good work and I know I can trust them. Especially as someone that does not understand cars, I know and can go there, and they will make sure I’m safe and that my car is getting all the proper care it needs. I’ve had bad experiences before, with mechanics saying that my car was about to catch on fire (when it was just fine), so I just drive to MD because I don’t want to deal with dishonest people. If you are a female/male that is not interested on learning about car mechanics I recommend that you go there, as you won’t have to worry about anything, just drop your car off and have a nice day ?”

“A month ago a tree branch fell on top of my car. I went through my insurance to process a claim to get my car repaired through this company. The staff is so amazing. They were always responsive to my phone calls and concerns. Even though it was cutting close to a month with my car still being in the shop, I didn't mind. One because I am patient person and I understand sometimes you just have to wait and trust the process. Two some things are out of your control. I had other ways of getting around while my car was in the shop. Even Mr. Bob Russell the manager was so kind and generous towards me! The staff works hard. Shout-out to them! I don't know all their names but I do remember a Mr. Sway and Mr. Omar. But I'm grateful for all of them because they could of turned me away due to the upcoming holiday weekend but the wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you!”

“I will forever be Indebted to the service department at King Volkswagen. To make a long story short my car ended up needing a full transmission replacement. This was caused by an incident driving down 95 in GA. where the car in front of me hit a large piece of tire debris causing it to hit my car and go underneath my car, knocking the seal of the of my transmission loose. This created a leak inside that I was unable to see and wasn't aware of until it was too late because of my car having a sealed transmission. My insurance was willing to pay for the body damage but not the transmission because we could not prove it was from the accident. It's a long crappy story regarding the insurance company that I will not get into. Anyhow my car was just out of warranty when this happened ( isn't that how this stuff always works out ), and I was left with a car that I had to either replace the transmission or buy a new one. A new one would have left me very upside down loan wise and my car value was more then the cost to replace the transmission however it was over $10k to do. As you can imagine I was going through a rough situation. King Volkswagen service department submitted a good cause claim for me to have my transmission replace by them and would cover a large portion (largest I should say) of the repair cost. For this reason alone, I will always go here for my car needs. Hands down, they took care of me and now I'm forever a loyal King Volkswagen customer.”
