“The most jonest body shop that I've ever done business with in my life. I've had a dozen or repairs done here over the years and every single time their number one goal has been to give me the best possible price while maintaining parts quality. they are conduit between you and the insurance company and put you first!.call the insurance company cares and for the most part has your interest in mind when it comes down to Dollars and cents it's the body shop that's going to have the final say.I have a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid, or was rear ended , $12,000 worth of damage and tjeinsurance company, Nationwide , insisted it be totaled and scrapped, as the repair cost was higher then the value! Meanwhile I still owed $ 12,000 on the loan and didn't have gap insurance! A disaster in the making. I would have been without a car and in debt with a massive loan amount.John and White Flint stepped up, started searching parts to try and get a proposal together that would bring the repair cost in under the value so Nationwide would cover it. He then had to see if my frame was bent, which the insurance company said it was, he ,disagreed and begin the process of sourcing parts and fixing the car for $10,000. Nationwide issued a check to cover much of the repair cost! The car was still deemed a salvage, meaning the bank would not carry the loan any more, they accelerated my loan and made me pay it off in full? long story short, John and White Flint saved my car and saved me over 12,000 in debt to bank.Good luck finding a collision center that would go through this, this process took at least four months... “Herson's was great, I'm so glad I brought my car from them! After multiple test drives with several different salesmen at other dealerships, I went to Herson's because of its partnership with the Costco Auto Program. For months, I was on the fence between a 2023 Subaru Forester and a 2024 Honda CRV. But less than 20 minutes into my appointment with Jeffrey, he had me sold on the CRV. He showed me features on the car that none of the prior salesmen seemed aware of (one of which being how the trunk floor adjusts). He was low pressure, I didn't get the incessant phone calls or texts that I'd been dealing with from other dealerships. Jeffrey made himself available and answered any questions I had about the car and the purchasing process, even on his day off. Herson's final price beat two other quotes I had received for the same car, and that was without some stressful negotiation, thanks to both the Costco Auto Program's system and Jeffrey! The car we picked out arrived earlier than predicted. On the day of purchase, I think I was in and out in less than 3 hours including last minute test drive, finance appointment, warranty discussions, and then Jeffrey took me through customizing the settings to my liking. The finance team and the manager were also very nice and low pressure. Going to Herson's and working with Jeffrey was worth the extra 45 minutes drive from Virginia (vs my local dealership). I'd highly recommend to anyone, but particularly Costco customers and fellow millennials that hate the classic high-pressure hard sale. Right before I drove away, I made Jeffrey take a picture with me sitting in the adjustable trunk, the feature that sold me!”
