“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. I got my car back yesterday & I am once again extremely satisfied with the high quality work they did and for their customer service :)

“I was recently rear-ended, and unfortunately, my car is less than a year old, so I was devastated. I had never been in an accident like this before and honestly had no idea where to start.
I called Oldest to Newest Auto Body, and from the very beginning, they made the entire process so much easier. They patiently walked me through how to file the claim, where and when to get a rental car, and what to expect throughout the repair process. They gave me a clear timeline, and they delivered exactly as promised — my car was ready right on time.
During the hand off, they explained everything that had been done and even provided a warranty. The entire process was incredibly smooth. After the initial stress of the accident, I really felt like I could just hand things over to them and trust that everything would be taken care of. All I really had to do was make a few calls.
As a woman, I’ve always had some hesitation and trust issues when dealing with auto shops, but I genuinely did not feel that way here. They were transparent, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process.

When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

“We have a very old Subaru - old enough to be registered as an historic vehicle. As we were driving, a car backed out of a driveway and smashed the two passenger-side doors. We took the car to Zamora's. Eric Zamora, the owner, handled everything: He worked with our insurance, did an extensive search to find the doors (not easy to find for an historic vehicle), and then his expert staff put everything together perfectly. “We worked with Imperial Auto Body through our insurance company when our car was rear-ended on the Beltway. They were easy to work with, timely in their communication and completed the body work on schedule. The care looked great. I think it looked better than when we bought it new. What's great is that a year later we had a small issue with the rear latch related to the repair. We scheduled an appointment and when we went in, they took care of it while we waited... and even pumped up a low tire for us. If I ever need any repairs or body work in the future, Imperial Auto Body is where I'll go. Oh... and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. :)”
