Body Shops in Germantown, MD

“**The best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop!**

After my car was rear-ended, I was worried about the repair process, but this shop made the entire experience incredibly easy and stress-free. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my car, but they also went above and beyond to work around my schedule.

My car was ready on Friday instead of Monday—much earlier than promised. Since I had to leave the country, I truly appreciated how quickly they completed the repairs. They even waited an extra hour after the shop had closed so I could pick it up after work before my departure. That level of customer service and consideration truly meant a lot to me.

From scheduling the repairs to dropping off and picking up my car, everything was seamless and a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality repairs and exceptional customer service!”

“Amy, John, and the rest of the team at the Germantown location, not only took such great care of my car, but also treated me exceptionally well, which i sincerely appreciated in my time of needing their services. They turned a frustrating situation into a smoother, more manageable one, and I'll always appreciate them for that! Excellent vehicular service and customer service.”

“Customer service was Awesome, Monica is very knowledgeable, she actually remembered me and my vehicle that was total last year.
All the employees are nice but Monica really stood out. They called to have me picked up by the car rental company and made sure when I came to pick up my vehicle I was in and out in 15 minutes because I was on my lunch break.
I dropped tge rental off to them and they called and had them come to the shop to pick it up.”
