“My car got side swiped. It was bad, the paint came off and there were a lot of dents. I took it in to caliber collision initially and they gave me a ridiculous quote and didn't take my insurance. I might as well as bought a new car for what they caliber collision quoted me. When I left I noticed 1st choice collision a few steps away so I walked over there. I spoke to William at 1st choice collision and he gave me a quote that was so much more accurate and affordable and he notified me that they used my insurance -Geico. I left my car with William and 20 days later he gave me a call to pick up my car & that it looked "immaculate." I replied, "oh really" and thought to myself I'll be the judge of how my car looks. All I could picture at that point was how damaged it was when I last saw it. When I went to pick my car up I laughed when I saw it cause the work that William had done really was immaculate.”

“Excellent service - and very reasonably priced. My Honda Civic's starter finally stopped working and unfortunately this happened in a low clearance parking garage. I coordinated with Serkan at PQ to bring it in and he offered good advice to try to start it and diagnosing the problem. In the end, it still would not start and I used Lift Towing and Recovery to extract it and bring it in, a very complicated job. Serkan was transparent about pricing, we selected the part together from three different offers from various suppliers and he then gave me a ride to Panera. The car was fixed the same day and the total cost was $440, which is very reasonable for this kind of job. Plus he saved me $30-40 in Uber costs by dropping me off to (and picking me up from) Rockville town center. Overall, a great experience and I am very happy to have found trustworthy mechanics like Serkan and his people at PQ.”

I've had a dozen or repairs done here over the years and every single time their number one goal has been to give me the best possible price while maintaining parts quality. they are conduit between you and the insurance company and put you first!.call the insurance company cares and for the most part has your interest in mind when it comes down to Dollars and cents it's the body shop that's going to have the final say.I have a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid, or was rear ended , $12,000 worth of damage and tjeinsurance company, Nationwide , insisted it be totaled and scrapped, as the repair cost was higher then the value! Meanwhile I still owed $ 12,000 on the loan and didn't have gap insurance! A disaster in the making. I would have been without a car and in debt with a massive loan amount.John and White Flint stepped up, started searching parts to try and get a proposal together that would bring the repair cost in under the value so Nationwide would cover it. He then had to see if my frame was bent, which the insurance company said it was, he ,disagreed and begin the process of sourcing parts and fixing the car for $10,000. Nationwide issued a check to cover much of the repair cost! The car was still deemed a salvage, meaning the bank would not carry the loan any more, they accelerated my loan and made me pay it off in full? long story short, John and White Flint saved my car and saved me over 12,000 in debt to bank.Good luck finding a collision center that would go through this, this process took at least four months... “These guys are very professional, originally went in to get a quote to fix a rear diffuser, put a deposit down, they ordered the part, and got my car fixed within a day after getting said part. Victor, Felipe, and Mario are my go-to guys if anything ever happens to my vehicle from now on. Fair pricing to respectable folks. Best of both worlds in my opinion. The very next week I had received my aftermarket taillights with reflectors and I asked Victor for a quote even tho they don't specialize in custom tail lights and reflectors. Felipe and Mario got right on the job. Got the job done within 3-4 hours of dropping off the car. Amazing work from these guys.”
