The Gaithersburg location is a popular store and is at times picked over and can be difficult to find enough matching quantity of items such as bowls, mugs, or towels.”
“We drove about an hour to see a showroom in person to purchase a couch. We brought our young kids and when they started to get restless, all of the staff were sweet and friendly with them. Large assortment of Seasonal items taking up half the store footprint. The remainder is lamps, kitchy signs, indoor and outdoor rugs, bedding, and every sort of candle or home decor item you can think of.”

“Love the staff at this location. Super helpful and friendly, except for one guy who gives me the creeps. I caught him looking at my behind one time and he thought I didn’t notice. Apparently he’s a manager, which isn’t a good look…. However Haini and Will are superstars. Shining examples of professional customer service. Even if the location doesn’t have what I need, they make sure I feel accounted for and guide me in the right direction, which is much appreciated!”
