There were multiple customers in the store and she did a fantastic job attending to all of us, giving us the time to test things out without any pressure, and checking back often without being intrusive. I got a High leg recliner, which does not look like a recliner when closed. The salesman was very helpful and patient while I chose a custom fabric. “I am a fan of Sleep Number. I had my last one for 20 years. It had a pillow top and gave me some of the best sleep. This recent purchase (P5) is my second. Since I wanted to test drive my mattress, I decided to visit The Sleep Number Store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Md. The sales staff were pleasant, patient and easy to work with. I had already done my research online and had decided on the P5. It’s reeeeeeally comfortable. I love it. It doesn’t have the pillow top like my old one but I am still getting a good nights sleep. For me it is very much worth the investment.”
“The space in the showroom is small and there are a lot of chairs. They are mostly second-hand. There are also a small number of brand-new ones. You can try sitting on them at will. There are many high-end brands and the prices are very favorable. They are about 30% off the market price. It will be cheaper to pay in full cash. . The reception staff were nice, patient and friendly.”

The showroom experience was decent, though a bit crowded on the weekend. Staff explained payment plans clearly and didn’t pressure me into upgrading. Delivery took five days and everything arrived in good condition. One chair had a slight wobble, but they fixed it during installation. I appreciate that they handled after-sales service properly even though I chose a budget-friendly option instead of premium items.”

“I just purchased a mattress from William and had a great experience. He was super informative and was able to answer all our questions, even encouraging them. He let us take our time talking and testing beds, trying to choose between two.
I can't speak about the mattress yet as I've not received it but I will try to update once I've had it for a minute.
***Update
It turned out that we didn't need the brackets we paid $24 for, to attach the the headboard. The delivery people took them away along with our old mattress and we were assured we'd get a credit to our credit card. Over a month later we still haven't gotten the credit although they confirmed receiving them and said numerous times they'd credit us. How is it that my payment was processed immediately but it's this ridiculous ordeal to get the credit? Also the matress feels way firmer than the one in the store. I'm hoping it gets better, but have no confidence in the exchange process that they tout as a benefit of buying from them vs other stores who have you deal with the manufacturer directly.”
