“We honestly had a good experience with Micheal (I believe he is the owner)! He truly knew what he was talking about and helped us pick out a good mattress. Like any sales person he showed us the best and more expensive mattresses first. However, he was not pushy at all and was very accommodating with us when we asked for mattresses at a lower price point. We were still able to find a good mattress, he gave us a good deal, and threw in some bonuses.
We were able to schedule the delivery on a time that works for us. They delivered the mattress with ease. We live in an apartment building, so the leasing office was able to take the mattress up after they delivered it.
We honestly had no issues, great service, and a good conversation with Micheal. I would definitely recommend this location and working with Micheal.”
“Amazing experience with Naturepedic from start to finish! We spent hours at the showroom trying out the different mattresses and layer options. Kilani was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. There were multiple customers in the store and she did a fantastic job attending to all of us, giving us the time to test things out without any pressure, and checking back often without being intrusive. Our mattress arrived 7 days after we ordered. I had the best, more restful sleep the first night (last night)! No off-gassing and very high quality. This is a huge investment I’m so glad we made.”

The showroom experience was decent, though a bit crowded on the weekend. Staff explained payment plans clearly and didn’t pressure me into upgrading. Delivery took five days and everything arrived in good condition. One chair had a slight wobble, but they fixed it during installation. I appreciate that they handled after-sales service properly even though I chose a budget-friendly option instead of premium items.”

“It is really hard for me to write this review as our favorite design consultant is no longer with the company. Lisa Sordi was very attentive, patient and her design ideas for our family were stellar. Knowing she is no longer with the company is very disappointing as our return to the store after four years were less than stellar given initial treatment by the store’s manager. We highly doubt we will be back given Lisa is no longer there but we do love our new furniture. Certainly is a quality product but I think management at the store needs to work on presentation and kindness. I am still giving a five star review because of Lisa, she was gentle, funny , and really vouched on behalf of her clients.”
“We bought a beautiful solid wood bedroom set about 12 years ago. Last week one of the drawers in the tall dresser became jammed, due to too much clothing in a drawer. After calling the store to explain, Farid offered to send directions on removing the drawer. We were able to remove the drawer but had difficulty getting it back in place. I asked Farid for tips and he replied with an easy fix. My husband adjusted the drawer glide with a screw driver and the drawer closed easily! Problem fixed and great service without a house call! Thanks!

“I had 2 very heavy table lamps repaired at HomeWorks. The owner helped me get the lamps from my car and into the shop. Service was excellent! I found the owner professional, helpful, and kind. This store is small but offers a vast inventory of items that can be used to decorate modern homes or quaint cottages. Homeworks is so much more than a lamp repair shop. I intend to return to visit/shop when I have more time. Meanwhile, I will check out their online store as well. By the way, my lamps were repaired and ready for pickup the next day, and they are working perfectly!”
