When I do go in the reps are always very nice and helpful. Keep in mind the hours are limited but there is another NFCU nearby in Odenton (same shopping area as WEIS, Chesapeake Dental, Transformations gym).”

She helped me use the NFCU app, when a problem occurred, she made some direct phone calls, and when things didn't go as smooth as she expected, she took action, I have never had this type of customer service in my over 45 years of membership. I had loan approval before I left her office and she gave me some good investment advise. I expect her to running her own branch soon. Totally outstanding and professional.
